Great hotel! The room had its own coffee machine — a nice touch for coffee lovers ☕️ We also appreciated having four pillows for two people, which made it extra comfortable. The mattress was quite good, and we slept well. The bathroom is small, but honestly, that’s one of the only minor drawbacks we could think of. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the system was easy to understand. There’s a place nearby where you can have breakfast, with or without a reservation. Overall, excellent value for money!

This is not the fault of the hotel, but during our stay there was a group of young men who rent couple of rooms together on the same floor, they were so noisy, jumping on the corridor my husband went one floor to fine something he could hear the floor shacking and their noisy also from the lower floor, they are knocking room very loud and joking from one room to another as if in their own house, this is unacceptable but we don't have anyone to report to, because reception was finish for the day. Hotel management should informed strictly for group booking.

Clean room with comfortable bed minutes walk to central square with many restaurants. Coffee maker in the room was a bonus. We had to do self check in and were pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went, and even wooden room keys were working. Lift to all floors was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, and we were not disappointed. Parking garage is very conveniently located literally next door with automated payment facilities open 24x7. I read many reviews about how noisy it was at night, but we didn’t experience any inconvenience although the windows of our room were facing the street

We didn’t master the skill of making tea in the coffee maker, so we made coffee. Entrance into the shower was a bit awkward in our room, but nothing too inconvenient

The location is great, just a few minutes from the main town square, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was served in a restaurant next door. It is tasty but just be aware that is not a buffet breakfast but there is a predeterminated menu ( a croissant, pancakes, toast with eggs, orange juice and coffe) or you can order from the menu a la cart, 19 eur is covered, anything additional, you have to pay

Lift to third floor room. Stylish room with black and white theme. Good wifi. Spacious shower. Interesting street view. Double glazed window could be opened. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee and milk pods. Complimentary water on arrival. Nearby Delhaize supermarket was well stocked and own brand items are good value.

Shower was slow to drain. It was complicated to find a simple TV channel guide so gave up on idea of watching a local TV channel. The lift could go out of service if someone forgot to close the lift door properly. The room card did not always work on the door lock until several attempts. Room door was very stiff to open / close. Being unfamiliar with coffee pod machine it took a while to work out how to use it!

The hotel is located a couple of blocks from the main square, hence being central while being quite. The room was comfortable and surprisingly big. It also had a window with views on the neighborhood and close to some of the best waffles in town. There is a fee-based public garage right next door to the hotel.

The reception staff was a bit inconsistent. Some incredibly helpful and some a bit disengaged. Oddly, the front desk could be unattended even during the day if the staff double-up with work in the breakfast area.

Good location, near the centre. Comfortable. Spacious. Had smart tv and a coffee machine. Nice view.

They had tea bags but no kettle. We booked a double bed room but it was two single beds pushed together. The fan was making noise even when stopped. We arrived earlier than 15:00 so no staff was there to open the open. It took us a few tries to call the number that was available to finally be able to enter the hotel and leave our bags there.

I love how comfortable the bed and pillows are! It was super nice. I enjoyed a lot here. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Antwerp in the future. I really like that they put complimentary water also, I know it is very basic but still, not every hotel has it... I generally don't like the shower curtains, and this hotel had it which I dreaded at first but the bathroom was big enough to not have any bad encounters with the curtain =)

It was hard to warm the room, I am happy with a bit chill in the room I sleep so it wasn't a huge problem but after shower it was a bit disturbing.

Location! Helpful, knowledgeable staff!! They gave me information about a tech issue and sent me to the right place for advice and purchase. Basic, small but comfortable room. My choice for price. Elevator. I was here in March and it was a good price.

Check in was a little complicated - for me. It was via a small apparatus. There was no one on duty because of staff illness. They will keep luggage for early arrivals - if someone is available. Maybe it was just that day.

Clean, simple & modern decor. Nice reception team. Room was adequate in size, well appointed ( quality 'Pod' system coffee machine & plenty of pods ), decent toiletries in bathroom. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, crisp white linen, very effective air conditioning in room. A big bar area and outdoor pavement space to enjoy a sit and drink. Located in a quiet area yet only 5-8 mins walk from the main square and shops / eating. Nice Irish bar next door & good supermarket if you fancied a later drink, but didn't hear any noise from it. We don't eat breakfast, but there is one available in the hotel, or after 10am next door.

Minor issue but Bar shut at 8pm & no mini fridge in room to chill drinks if you fancied later drink / chilled water in your room
