It was located in almost 2 min walking distance to the old town square. The room itself was a big studio apartment with its own kitchen. The bathroom was big enough and clean. The staff especially were very friendly and helped us to get in and for parking lot. (Suite 11 doesn't have its own parking lot but there's a public car park ca. 150 m away.)

There's nothing not to like actually. Just wanted to point out, that the survey question regarding the view was not applicable from my point of view because it's located on a street, which I don't count as a "view". :)

Stairs were a bit of an issue. Very steer and narrow. And a bit rickety. Fine for younger people or those without much luggage. Could be a problem for older folks carrying heavy baggage. However the staff are willing to help with the luggage

Brilliant location, in the heart of Antwerp but the nights were quiet and we were not disturbed. Facilities excellent.. Bed comfortable with good bedding, Breakfast facilities good. Cleaner came daily to refresh. Everything functioned well. Bathroom spacious with efficient heating/ fan for cooling. Would recommend for young travellers - value for money.

The stairs are very steep and spiral - not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. However, it;s typical of many buildings in the centre of Antwerp.

The location was perfect, literally in the heart of Antwerp. The flat was very modern and clean, the owner very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of recommendation for restaurants when we arrived and asked for tips. We even got a CD from him as he is a musician. We will definitely come again! Antwerp is a great city.

The stairs are a bit tricky to climb but we got used to that in Belgium. It seems to be a thing there :) The water in the shower had very low pressure, so nothing much was coming out, not very pleasant experience to shower there.

Except the staircase to go upstairs. I really liked staying in this place. The owner is nice and gave us a warm welcome. It’s right in the heart of Antwerp. Really enjoyed my stay.

Property is very close to the main city, a few minutes walk. Very clean and well equipped. We stayed in the downstairs apartment which was perfect. The owner met us when we were ready to check in and showed us around the apartment. Would stay here again if we return to Antwerp

Nice suite, clean and comfortable, short walk to the city centre, friendly owner.

It might not be the best option for light sleepers but the owner provided earplugs in advance😉
