The location was excellent - in an attractive quarter within easy walking distance of several key sites as well as shops and restaurants. The public areas were extremely pleasant - and the bar was cosy. Breakfast was pretty good - mostly cold choices (nice fruit salad, also cheese, ham, smoked salmon pastries etc) with some variety over the course of our visit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was just a little disappointing - compared to public rooms it was a bit spartan. It was a duplex, and I was expecting slightly more space - it was less attractive than the pictures on the website. I didn't want to say that, overall, the hotel didn't live up to expectations - but the bedroom itself didn't. Although breakfast was fine, the coffee machine wasn't great and the scrambled eggs were left to sit too long. (I suggest cooking smaller batches at a time!)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Whenever and whatever we asked them, they always responded with a smile and gave us the feeling of being welcomed. The room was fantastic and the breakfast very good. The hotel itself is located close to all main attractions, so it was very easy to visit the museums and monuments we were interested in. I can fully recommend this hotel.

Nothing special. The internet connection in the room was broken but they fixed it immediately once we asked the for support. Well done.

The breakfast here was wonderful, with lots of choices for those who wanted a hot breakfast or for those who wanted yogurt and fruit. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The first room we booked had a small seating area and bathroom on one floor and then you had to climb a spiral staircase to the bed. It was beautiful, but not practical (in case you had to pee in the middle of the night). We asked if we could switch to a different room and they found a room that had everything on one floor. It was perfect!

Very beautiful hotel in an old building. Very kind personnel that made us feel home and welcome. Breakfast was amazing with great amount of options! The location is also super central close to everything.

It was hot in our room, even after we switched off all the radiators, some furniture seems a bit outdated and requires an update (for example the wardrobe in our room looks very old and its door was not closing, a chair next to the make-up table is also old with some parts sticking out, which are damaging clothes).

Great Boutique Hotel right next to the Historic Centre of Antwerp, and a few yards from the Scheldt River, in other words Great Location for sightseeing. The room was amazing and split over two floors, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was typical European and delicious, and the hotel BAR was small but lovely. All the staff were very friendly, and helpful and made our trip even better, thanks to some great recommendations for dining.

Despite the amazing location, our room - although a great room, didn't have the best of views, but to be honest we spent most of our stay out and about sightseeing and enjoying the great food and drink.

Beautifully decorated and furnished, friendly but unobtrusive staff, really nice touches like teas and coffee available all day which meant the hotel was a lovely place to come back to for a rest in the day. Breakfast in the courtyard garden was amazing - a huge amount of choice and beautifully presented. The room was large and bed extremely comfortable. Everything had been thought of and it felt as though the owners really cared

This is a lovely unique hotel. The owner has put a lot of care and attention to the decor and it works well. Our room was spacious with a mini bar/fridge (no kettle). The bed was comfy with lovely fresh crisp sheets and we slept well. We paid extra for the secure parking (€25) and we noticed EV charging too. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and more than enough for your day ahead. Reception were welcoming on arrival and informative and we had a lovely chat with the hotel owner on our departure. We would stay here again.

Well located, friendly welcoming staff. Quirky interior design, tea and coffee, pastries and fruit available all day. Delicious and generous breakfast, catering for gluten free. Huge comfortable bed. Room and bathroom had everything we needed.

Bedroom was split level. Spiral staircase up to bed. Not great in middle of night (bathroom downstairs). Certainly not suitable for frail or disabled.

Charming hotel that stands out from the (chain) crowd. My room (302) was nicely decorated (great wallpaper!) and had a new, minimalist bathroom that I really liked. The hotel was very helpful to accommodate my travel plans (adjusting cancellation period to deal with potential train strike; letting me stay a bit longer to finish a conference call). Breakfast was lovely, with one of the best guacamoles I've had and a wonderful green salad with avocado and artichoke (which is great for fructose intolerant people like myself).

I loved the ambiance of the hotel, located in an old, beautiful building with a short walking distance to the old town. The street is nice and quiet, and my room had a view to a beautiful garden. The building has wooden floors, spacious rooms a very stylish interior, abundant breakfast and excellent service! The staff was very attentive, amiable and helpful. I arrived for a weekend from Brussels where I was attending a group trip, staying at a low-budget hotel. Coming to hotel T´Sandt was like coming to heaven! I forgot my dress at the hotel´s public restroom where I got changed before leaving to the airport. It was shipped to me in no time.
