Wonderful spacious room, very comfortable. Fantastic location right in centre of city, perfect for exploring city. A short walk from Metro station. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

Given the location smack in the centre, right next to the cathedral means there is often noise in the evening, from people outside, the cathedral bells and the early morning bin collection. Whilst they supply ear plugs and the windows are well insulated just be aware if you are a light sleeper

Location was central, wonderful service. Breakfast was @$20.00, but outstanding. Shower was perfect, rain shower head, all new. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner all good quality and eco friendly. Mini fridge and sage in room. In room Complimentary Chocolates and bottled water was super generous. Linens were great, bedding was very comfortable. My room faces the square, and was not loud-note my stay was mid week. But the city shuts down by 10pm, so no loud noises.

Hard to think of anything

Located right near the Old Market and surrounded by restaurants, but also has a wonderful restaurant attached. Breakfast buffet looked yummy, but we're not breakfast buffet sorts, and usually make do with croissants and coffee.

Could use a bit more light in the room--the lamps make for lovely atmosphere, but once in awhile, more light (brighter) would have been helpful. More light would also have been helpful at the vanity/bathroom sink area. Fair warning to those who have accessibility issues--the bathtub has tall sides and is difficult to get into/out of. The staff was wonderful---kind and helpful. Be aware: the reception area is not stated 24/7.

Staff was incredibly accommodating given our very late check in and made everything so easy. We also overslept and they let us check out an hour late. Food and wonderful, and ws, gracious wonderful people in the cafe/bar adjacent, especially the Venezuelan server who’s a musician whose name escapes me! We met a couple who were having coffee and were looking for a hotel and we highly recommended you!!

Quite loud early morning hoovering (?) or noise from outside but we fell back asleep - for too long actually (see above)!

This was the perfect spot for exploring Antwerp, right beside all the beautiful historic parts of the city. The staff I met at both check in and departure were super friendly, the room was compact but all I needed as a solo traveller. I arrived by train and it was about a 20 min walk from station but through the main shopping area so it was an enjoyable walk, and im glad I opted not to book a hotel close to train, as this was where all the nicest parts of the city are. Absolutely recommend.

The room was small, but it suited me fine as I was travelling alone.

The design of the room, the fact that, since you are sleeping next to the wonderful cathedral with its bells, earplugs are provided, proves the consideration for the guests. Reception staff is very welcoming, breakfast is good. I’d recommand this hotel to all the Antwerp tourists.

Service in the bar. Below zero. Young, goodlooking staff does NOT make up for forgetting the order. One can only make conclusions that are disrespectful. And that’s exactly what they were: no apologies, no friendliness, only boredom on the faces. Better go to a bar in the neighbourhood.

The property is in a perfect location for the old town. The communal areas and rooms are stylish abcs the reception staff are warm, friendly and attentive. We loved everything about the property, particularly the vintage musical equipment on display in reception and the view from our room over the square from our shuttered window.

I’ve only dropped one point on this review and I was in two minds whether or not to mention it because it’s such a small thing and might have been a one-off. On the last day I checked under the window seat to make sure I’d not left my shoes there and I found a discarded plastic tub that looked like it was from a takeaway or something. Thankfully we were about to check out otherwise I would have called reception. As it happened we couldn’t tell reception as we were in a hurry to catch our train and just dropped our keys as we left. I know it was probably just a mistake by one person on one day, but perhaps housekeeping could revise a cleaning checklist or something 🤷‍♂️

I think booking with Booking.com, we got the smallest of smallest room that they had. I would book with the hotel directly next time. Breakfast was very good and the front desk people were very helpful. I didnt notice on the website that parking would be so hard. We found the underground parking lot they recommended but the elevator was out of order. So up the stairs we went with our luggage and then dragging our luggage 3-4 blocks over all the cobblestones and even more stairs. Not fun when you are 70 years old.

Obviously the location & view to the cathedral is spectacular. The bath integrated into the room is a nice addition, so is the overall design. The nice welcome pralines and coffee add a nice touch.

While the open bath concept is really nice, the ventilation is not quite the best so it fogs up easily. I know the noise can be an issue for many, depends on the person. :)

Location is beautifull, with a super view on the cathedral. Also the room itself was beautiful with the midroom bathtub and the paintings on the wall and ceiling.

The rooms are very noisy. The first night I woke up twice every hour because of the people screaming on the streets. It seemed like the window was open, but it wasnt. I guess its just poorly isolated. Figures why there were 2 sets of earplugs available next to the sink ;) Second night slept with earplugs in and it was perfect.
