Very central location, just around the corner of the historical Grote Markt and the Cathedral, and a bare ten minutes’ walk from Eilandje and the MAS, yet very quiet. Light room. Good bed. We had both a bathtub and a big shower. Very friendly staff. Private parking available on demand. Gay friendly. Dog friendly.

The hotel is hard to reach by car, for the obvious reason that it is located in the Old Town, but we finally made it thanks to G maps! We‘ve been to 4 star hotels with a larger breakfast buffet though. No wardrobe in the room, only drawers. Water running from the shower to the bathroom floor.

The hotel was in a convenient location and the neighborhood had many bars and restaurants. The main attractions were close and that made it convenient to walk around in the early morning or late at night when the tour groups were gone. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful; Breakfast was fresh and you could make fresh orange juice, waffles and pancakes. There were many choices for breakfast (eggs, vegetables, cereal) and the coffee machines made lovely coffee; There were USB ports near the bed and the bathroom was very nice.

Everything esp breakfast (real food and lots of choices) and check-in and check-out info. Description of hotel and amenities on Booking site were accurate but the hotel is more lovely in person. Private parking easy to access and free. Accommodated us for a second night. WiFi worked! Room had good lighting and quiet. Beds really comfortable. The ambience of the hotel is sophisticated and friendly, too. Great shower!

We liked everything. Very close to city center and winding streeets with shops and restaurants. Antwerp is so beautiful and everyone we interacted with warm and helpful.

Comfortable room in great location. Breakfast was best this vacation. Staff very professional. While property warned of the possibility of construction noise associated with expansion, we never heard a thing.

Not the fault of the property - but if you are driving to the hotel you may experience road blocks associated with construction projects in the city. We were delayed but eventually figured it out. Staff advised their experience is that Waze is best at generating routes that take current road construction projects into account.

We liked everything. But-Would have liked to have known there were accessories available forguests. We are seniors and found out upon leaving that there are bathmats available as well as bath chairs-showers were slippery and we could’ve used those. Also would be helpful if there were instructions in each room on how to use the television, what channels are available and in what languages.

Clean, nicely presented hotel on a quiet but very central road. Firm mattress on a wonderfully large bed! Helpful friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Good to have a lift and to have aircon and also a safe and minibar fridge. We upgraded from Standard Double to the next level to have a slightly bigger room.

The aircon seemed stuck at 22.6 degrees, which wasn't cold enough for us. We followed the instructions to reduce the temperature without success and event though a staff member came to reset it, it never went below 21. Pillows were too soft and the toilet paper was much too hard (why?!). The water pressure in the shower wasn't adequate and one has to stand at the very end of the bath (thereby treading on the plug) to get under it. The toilet is separate and doesn't have a sink in it.

This hotel is very customer oriented and The staff were very friendly. Facilities are very clean and new. The location is perfect, only one block away is already the big square with a lot of bars and restaurants and famous attractions. Breakfasts seem to be simple but quality is good, food is fresh and it basically covers all you need for breakfast. Again the staff were very friendly and nice! This hotel is located right in the city center so it is not very easy to drive a car to reach to this hotel because of all the narrow streets. Didn’t expect we could park right in front of the hotel to take out our luggage so this is also a plus a hotel located in the city center but still is accessible with a car :).

This hotel has enhanced its services and comfort over the years. Great location, can't imagine a better one. Very good coffee machine and adequate breakfast. Great staff. No restaurant because Antwerp is full of them. Good beer choice in the mini-bar and hotel bar.

Eggs and bacon at breakfast were always cold. Bar ran out of the lovely German wine. I've heard that the owner has bought the adjacent buildings and plans to massively expand the hotel, so this means that it will probably lose its character.

Good size room with a very comfortable bed and soft linens, smart TV, great shower, a table w/comfortable chairs in a great location. You are really just a couple of blocks away from the Cathedral of Our Lady and the main historic Antwerp square. Daily breakfasts were delicious. Great selection, very fresh. Hotel staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and accomodationg.

Excellent location for ease of siteseeing. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Breakfast was good quality, my son especially liked the waffle machine

The renovation work was noisy in the mornings - but we did know about this before booking, so can't really complain. Great to see the hotel adding parking as part of the reno work as the current parking available is limited and a tight squeeze.
