The hotel was in a perfect location! The rooms were quaint, not meant to spend much time in. The rooms had everything we need, some rooms depending which option you choose had a mini fridge, other rooms did not. Housekeeping was respectful to our belongings. The property manager/owner had exceptional communication!

There is no air conditioning, but not many places in Belgium have air conditioning. The hotel is in front of the Cathedral near several bars/restaurants and many people were out until 3 or 4am which caused some noise, but after a day or two you get used to it. Windows need to stay open for air circulation in the summer. We loved the property, and these comments are more informational rather than things we “didn’t like.” We loved the place.

Incredible location, right next to the cathedral with lots of fantastic bars and restaurants right on the doorstep! Loved the unique decoration of the room and the stained glass windows. Staff were also great, the online check in was really easy and they were really helpful with communication

It gets a bit noisy outside at night being so centrally located, but this didn’t really bother me or my partner and can’t be helped

The location was perfect, in the middle of the center, the staff was very friendly. the room was clean. If there was no staff present, the was always the possibility the use a code to enter the building, which was perfect.

The room was a bit small, I knew it would be tiny, but this was very tiny. The shower was right next to the bed. Breakfast was okay, but not more than that. A minimum of choice. When I'm staying in a hotel, one of the things I'm looking forward to, is breakfast. So this was a bit disappointing.

Incredible location, literally next to the cathedral (the bells were not as disturbing as I'd expected). Really helpful staff, too (I forgot my charger in my room, and they kindly said they'd mail it to my home address). Spacious room.

The different parts of the bathroom (sink, toilet, shower) were separated, and the shower 'cubicle' didn't have a door or screen of any kind, so though very long, water leaked onto the surrounding floor.

The location is perfect. We also really liked the interior of the room. The view from the room was amazing, and the bed and pillows were super soft. Although the hotel is located on streets with lots of bars, I didn’t notice any noise and slept very well

The room was small and didn’t have many shelves, making it a bit difficult to organize clothes during our 4-day stay. Additionally, the shower was located in the room near the bed, rather than in a separate room. Some water from the shower leaked into the room

The location is absolute phenomenal and you can access a lot of the major sightseeing's by foot. The staff is eager to help with suggestions for visiting and other directions and the room is cleaned everyday.

The pipes where making a lot of noise that was waking us up in the middle of the night (I understand it is an old house repurposed into a hotel and it may be difficult to make some improvements). Even through the location is wonderful, you need to be a heavy sleeper or at least have some ear plugs to cover the noise from outside, but these happens since since it is in the middle of the old city and a lot of people are around and making a lot of noise during the night.

I like how the hotel was walking distance to all the shops. All the amenities were working.

My girlfriend almost got stuck in the bathroom because she closed the sliding door, its very dangerous, imagine having an emergency and you cant get in or out. I hope it gets fixed. Its not soundproof you can hear people talking outside and inside. And there is no closet, for the price there should be atleast a small closet.

Great location near the cathedral, museums, restaurants, and shops in the old part of Antwerp. Laurie was very helpful, and quickly responded to our questions. Lobby and decor in general were a surprise; very bright and modern although the hotel is in such an old neighborhood. The reception area was welcoming and comfortable, with the breakfast area and bathrooms just behind it. Bed and bed linens were comfy; shower stall had rain shower head plus hand-held wand.

We were travelling during a heat wave, so wanted to open the window fully. A hanging light fixture made that tricky; we had to carefully lift the light over the top of the window frame. Our room was on the third floor, and the staircase was tricky even though we only had carry-on suitcases. Don't think you could fit a larger suitcase up the last flight of steps between the second and third floors.

Exceptionally well placed hotel bang in the centre of Antwerp - so in walking distance of all major sight seeing, shopping and culinary attractions. USB wall plugs next to the bed a useful touch. Breakfast was plentiful with various options.

The sink next to the bed isnt ideal and the inadvertent splashes were not cleaned by cleaning staff. Lack of space in the room to keep suitcases, limited hanging space and no other storage options.

The rooms with the unique interior touch. Walking distance to the major important places. Close to public transportation. Very welcoming & helpful staff. Excellent communication open arrival, thank you Laurie.

When we booked somehow we missed the „ steep stair” point. We quick get accustomed to the situation. Under the beds it needs dust cleaning. Moaning on a high level though.
