All staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, beds were super-super comfy (and in our room the bed was exceptionally long), breakfast buffet had great options, and the aperitivo was such a nice bonus for our day trip to Antwerp. Very nicely done! The hotel also has a coffee machine downstairs, available at all times, even with decaf coffee. The location is great if you wanna go shopping; the hotel is a stones-throw away from all kinds of shopping streets.

I found the pictures vey misleading (like with so many other hotels). Our initial room turned out to be very tiny, almost impossible to have 2 people move at the same time, and we ain't even that big. On top of that, the balkony-rooms do have a french balkony, but you can't use them. So we ended up upgrading our room from 'Cozy Double' to one of the rooms on the 5th floor in order to have some more space and to enjoy the small roof-terrace. That room was way better, though.

The bathroom is a real disaster. A WC behind a see-through window that cannot be closed. Who had this idea? Have you ever had a guest telling you how great they found offering a wonderful multi-sensory experience to their roommate while sitting on the toilet? Fortunately you were able to provide another room for us, thank you for that. In a matter of transparency for your guests, you should specify proactively that the WC-designer desperately lacked of common sense when planning the hotel. The beds are not comfy by the way.

Room was fine, basic, clean and bright. Bottled water supplied each day, a nespresso machine and tea/coffee sachets. Public areas were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast fine and plentiful. Very friendly reception staff. Very central location. Short walk to eateries and attractions. Highlight was the happy hour period which was excellent for complimentary drinks and nibbles.

Can't think of any negatives. Busy at weekends so sometimes difficult to find a free table.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location. It is easy to find, and it is very near the Catedral and old places of Antwerpen. The staff at the breakfast was amazing and helpful. I appreciate their help and kindness, especially since I'm gluten-sensitive. The evening drinks were also perfect. The team at the reception is also very kind and helpful.

The pillow on the bed is very big. A smaller pillow would be great.

We booked the "cosy double" and boy was it cosy! Two standrad twin beds and not a lot of room but the room was very clean and adequate for the purpose of our stay. The location (less than 10 minute walk from the Cathedral) was perfect for us and the dining options were well varied!

The room was smaller than I had anticipated and would be much better for a single traveller rather than 2 with luggage for 4 days. But overall there was actually very little not to like about the hotel!

Great location, nice hotel, wonderfully helpful staff. Only wish it had been a shower instead of a tub as it was slippery. Also, as a woman, more hangers and a bigger full length mirror in the room. Very clean. Fabulous « apéritive » in the evening and great breakfast.

Location was very central. Very close to two paid parking lots which was convenient. The evening happy hour was delightful and buzzing with guests enjoying the complimentary beer, wine and nibbles.

We would have loved an all day café with light food menu or barista coffee service. Some hotels offer this service to increase their business even offering it to the public (non-guests) as well.

The location is perfect. It is walking distance to all the main sites and right off a square with numerous restaurants with patio tables - perfect for afternoon drinks. The staff was very hospitable and accomodating. The rooms have all the necessities and as a bonus, come with a complimentary champagne and small snack pack. There are several parking garages nearby that are a reasonable price. The breakfast area is decorated well and the offerings were extremely tasty.

Loved the location, the outdoor space that included an amazing view, outdoor shower and sauna. Was so grateful this hotel was in walking distance to EVERYWHERE I went. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Appreciate the 4:30 wine and snacks. Enjoyed the lobby space during the morning and afternoon as well. Comfortable and relaxing. So fortunate to get to be a part of an art exhibition of Tio while staying here.
