Nice location, in the nature, between Brussels and Antwerpen. The deco is classy black, white and some wood. The rooms were quite big and comfy. There are a lot of parking places around the hotel, including around 20 Tesla Superchargers and other slower chargers. We tried the italian restaurant nearby which is also a plus... Reception was always helpful and friendly. Cleaning ladies also.

The breakfast is very expensive and not worth the price, with a personnel not greeting and not very helpful (apart of one exception, one time, must have been an error). Tables could be cleaned sometimes, means also on the terrace. Concerning the rooms, the wallpaper didn't look very perfect and some places where wet, moldy. Also the boards in the wardrobe could be cleaned sometimes, my clothes were full of dust after i put them in there. Not sure about the carpet.

The hotel is really nice,clean room,big bathroom with jacuzzi , coffee machine in the room,we enjoyed the stay,the breakfast was delicious and we had a lot of options to choose,the personal was nice and smiling.We had a nice experience staying here.

In the description of the hotel they say they have "spa" but actually this spa is apart from the hotel,is one minute away from the hotel but we didn't find it so entertaining,i mean we could use together as a couple only the pool,cause the wellenss area could be used only by womans and was costing extra money.

Hotel Ter Elst is a good hotel with excellent location for the yearly shell show in Edegem. The Italian restaurant across the parking lot has excellent Pizza from a wood oven - we are experts (my wife is Italian), and this was the best Pizza for many years.

Very spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late at night (10pm) but the reception also acts as bar open until midnight which was very welcome. The reception/seating area was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable (although pillow too thick for me) The breakfast is served by a shop within the hotel, mostly continental breakfast options with limited cooked option (eggs, bacon)- but the quality is excellent (e.g. jams, peanut butter) often from small independent producers-a nice touch. Many are for sale within the shop itself to take away as well. really enjoyed our stay

Pillow was too thick for me (but a very personal choice) but the bed was really comfortable itself.

The receptions are very helpful.

It is very disappointed that the restaurant inside the same building is not open on Saturday and Sunday. For dinner, there is only one choice the Italian restaurant at the opposite building and it is not wheelchair accessible.

Location was good. We have stayed before a couple of times. Nice large rooms.

My daughter found some soiled underwear and worn tights in her wardrobe, which was disgusting to say the least. She was given a bottle of wine which was not in my opinion enough compensation. Rooms were very tired and could have been cleaned better in the bathrooms.

Nice and very spacious room, all clean and comfortable. On the opposite road is a nice Italian restaurant. The receptionist was so kind and made us a reservation in 5 minutes.

Everything was nice, a part of breakfast ladies. They haven't been interested in clients' needs at all. They also haven't got the best attitude, and this was a huge disappointment, really.

Big comfortable, quiet room, big bathroom with heated floor, bathtube and shower. Good lighting in the room and bathroom. Quiet air conditioning in the room. Great, tasty breakfast with fresh warm bread, delicious.

View on the parking , but there was no problem with the noise.

Breakfast was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The facility is located in a perfect location for getting around town.

I liked everything. The facility manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

There are a couple of problems the shower us over a bath and being elderly we found it difficult to get out of. There is a problem with mosquitoes if you like your window open. We were quite badly bitten. It would be advised to take a decent repellent if you want fresh air. There is an air conditioning unit in the room.
