The loft suite is perfect for any stay. Very spacious and true loft; top level, faulted ceilings and natural lighting! Without putting it lightly, this was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from my own! I enjoyed a bath one night to myself and this would happily fit a person of any size. Tom and Karen were so easy to communicate with, their kids were also super helpful in the lobby checking out and leaving our bags for the day. The location was super close to everything we needed and if we returned to Antwerp this would be my only place to stay!

It's the second time we book Maison Nationale and we're still very happy with it. The location is great, the room is big, calm and clean. Instructions to check in are very clear and easy, thanks to Karena and Tom. Best spot to visit beautiful Antwerp!

Not something I "don't like", but if you come by car, you need to find a parking close by and take care of it yourself. Tom and Karen kindly recommend the closest parking, 30 metres away from Maison Nationale (count 24 euros for 24 hours).

Very well designed spacious contemporary suites offering relaxed comfort, attention to detail, great levels of personal service and real independence in the perfect location for exploring the city of Antwerp. On arrival we received a wonderfully warm welcome from Tom, who was on hand to offer any help required and communication with him from the original booking and through our stay could not have been better. We very much hope to return to Maison Nationale.

The property is amazing ! We were greeted immedeately by Tom who was helpful enough to even deliver our luggages to our room. I was greeted with champagne bottle as I had my birthday it was a very nice gesture! The place is very cosy and nice, ideal for a romantic getaway ❤️ Location is super, everywhere is within walking distance and very close to fashion shops aswell 😊

Everything went smooth, nothing to complain

The host sent me really detailed info before I arrived, so the whole check-in process was super clear and easy. As soon as I walked into the place, I was impressed by how clean, bright and thoughtfully designed it was. It’s genuinely cosy and comfortable to stay in — you can chill on the sofa doing nothing, have a beer on the balcony, or just enjoy a really good night’s sleep. Loved it!

We stayed in The Loft which is at the top floor. Room has a rustic and authentic atmosphere. Despite being close to a busy area, the room was very quiet, even with all the windows open. Groenplaats, Cathedral and shopping area are all close by. Karen and Tom are very friendly and accommodating, a hand written note in the room makes it very personal. I can highly recommend this place, will definitely try to book again when visiting Antwerp.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos and the location is unmatched - walking distance to the best stores, restaurants and the old town. It was my husband’s birthday and Karen & Tom were so kind to do a lovely gesture for him. The commuication went smoothly before, during and after the stay. Cannot recommend more. Thank you Karen & Tom, we’ll definitely be back soon!

I had the immense pleasure of spending a night at the Maison Nationale and it was an experience I will not soon forget. First off, the cleanliness of the place was simply immaculate, leaving no room for doubt about the professionalism and standards upheld by the staff. Positioned perfectly, the location could not have been more advantageous. Maison Nationale is conveniently placed within walking distance of some of the best restaurants the area has to offer. This ensured that my culinary cravings were well taken care of and provided me with an opportunity to explore the vibrant neighbourhood. However, what made my stay at Maison National truly unforgettable was the host, Karen. She radiates warmth and kindness, her persona immediately putting you at ease. Karen went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Whether I needed recommendations for local eateries or help with various tasks, Karen was always there, displaying an astounding dedication to her guests. I cannot thank her enough for her generous hospitality and the tremendous care she put into making my stay as delightful as possible. To sum it up, Maison National is an oasis of luxury and comfort, marked by excellent service and personable hosts. If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, then look no further. This gem of a place ticks all the boxes, delivering a guest experience that is second to none. Very easy access to the property from the train station. It only takes 15 minutes to get to Maison Nationale. Tom and Karen are very easy to communicate with. Tom was welcoming and explained a lot about the city. The rooms and the front door have a code. Easy to access. A spacious quiet clean unit with lots of room. They have a refrigerator and a microwave that are very convenient because there's a market across the street.We booked the room with breakfast included and it is served at a coffee bar close by. Breakfast was great!! Well worth it! They did our laundry, (same day service) for a very reasonable price.

From the detailed cleanliness and scent of bathroom products to the proximity of everything you want to check out, this is the most perfect stay in Antwerp. Tom and Karen were wonderful hosts and so helpful in answering questions about their city—even gave us a sweet note and treat for my birthday. We felt so at home and thoroughly enjoyed everything at Maison Nationale.
