This hotel provides a great base for a city break. Rooms are are a great size, clean and have all the amenities expected. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The location is central to most activities in Antwerp. Everything is walkable.

The entrance is a little unusual. There is no doorway on the street entrance. Instead, there is a lift inside a small arcade of shops which takes you up to reception. We thought breakfast was expensive so we chose to eat at local cafes.

Location is great. Friendly staff. Love that you can get coffee, tea, water delivered to the room, free of charge. The bar is also a comfortable, relaxing place.

The shower leaked out the pipes, so the rainshower shower head was more like a waterfall with low pressure. We passed on the feedback when we checked out, and I'm sure it will have been fixed

Location is perfect in the centre. Rooms are nice and spacious. Our room was on the back side and therefore no street noise

The room was a bit too warm. even with the window open and the heater off.

The room was simple. Comfortable bed. Warm / good pressure shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The window is able to be cracked open when it got a little too warm! The windows blocked the noise of any noise from the street. I would stay again when we visit Antwerp!

Pay extra for the breakfast

This hotel is right across the street from Museum Mayor van der Bergh and also Le Pristine Restaurant. Both are superb ( if you like Medieval art / musuem, and enjoy creatively excellent fine dining /the restaurant). The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. They served us coffee and a biscuit/cookie when we were tired. The rooms use space very well, and have super huge windows that can either let in light or not as you wish. The decor is quite stylish rather Mid-century modern , clean and sleek. Beds are very comfortable. Only the shower had not door, but still we'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

when we showered the water got all over the floor... but that was minor compared to everything else positive.

Nice small boutique hotel in central Antwerp. Could walk to shopping, restaurants and tourist sites. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Bath was great! I liked the 'homey' feeling, plus great breakfasts.

Although the room was not 'roomy' it was very comfortable with all the amenties. But if you prefer large chain hotels, this one is not for you!

Right in the center of everything, excellent location with good money value. The staff where friendly and the room supper clean. defiantly I recommend it

if there was a door to the shower room it would have been much better. if a person is sleeping and the other one is showering then he could wake up because of the shower sound,

Very friendly stuffs. They provide tasty coffee drinks and artisan tea w cookies 24h! Clean and nice space. Convenient location. I’ll stay here again. I wonder why there is no shower curtain tho…

The room was very stylish and impressive. Also the staff was professional, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended!
