A very nice hotel in a very nice district walking distance for all the nice things in Antwerp. This was our third visit to this hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast. There are enough places arround where you can eat and drink.

We are traveling with two dogs and the first time this was no problem, the second time we where able to travel without them, but this stay it was not allowed anymore to stay in one room with two dogs. So we need to find another place to stay the next time we visit Antwerpen. This time I booked a smaller room by mistake, we prefer the superior rooms.

This is a terrific hotel within walking distance of the sights of Antwerp. We stayed here after attending a concert at the Stadsschouwburg Antwerp, which is only a few minutes' walk away down the street. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet. The reception staff were genuinely friendly, the room was large and clean, beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and a window could safely open for fresh air, if needed. The ground floor lounge and bar area had a cosy ambiance, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with plenty of hot and cold choices, including delicious pastries. Arenberg parking garage underneath the hotel was ideal, with relatively wide spaces, chargers for electric cars, and with a discount if staying at the hotel. Note that the Arenberg parking garage entry/exit point is closed for part of the day on Sundays due to being market day. There are several other parking garages nearby. A nice touch was a message from the hotel a few days before our stay that clarified the driving (due to some road closures) and parking situation, etc. Would stay here again.

We just stayed one night in Antwerp for a little family get-away. This hotel offered a good value for a family of three in the suite, with a double bed in the bedroom and a fold out couch bed in the main room, separated by a sliding door. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly; we appreciated the water, coffee and tea station by the entrance. We also brought our dog and they provided food and water bowls and treats. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Would definitely come back again!

The walls were bit thin, but this didn't matter much. The room could use some renovating as it was a bit dingy (not dirty) and not so pretty, but there's honestly not much to complain about.

The room was very comfortable and big. The staff was really friendly. I've stayed here three of four times now and I'm planning to come back. The location is perfect and there is a Antwerp Velo stand right in front of the hotel.

Although the hotel is very clean and the staff very, very friendly, some of the rooms and corridors could use a bit of an update. The bedroom was perfect, but the toilet and bathroom were 'fading' a bit - the bathroom could really use a make-over (old shower-head, crack in the bathtub, some mold on the wall) and the laminate floorboards in the little corridor were peeling.

Firendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious for two adults. I loved that there was a bath tub. The hotel had an old fashion feel to it but with modern facilities. The lobby area was a lovely space to sit and relax. Hotel is very close to shops and restaurants, on the weekend we stayed there was a Saturday market just a few feet from the hotel.

Lift was very small so felt awkward if in there with a stranger. Breakfast was very busy on saturday morning, we were sat in a space where each time some one needed to walk past, we had to move and push our chairs in. It felt cramped. Hotel is walking distance from Antwerpen-Centraal but not ideal if you have lots of luggage. We had a carry on each and it felt too far.

Location was great, price was very good, and the room was fantastic (clean, comfortable and spacious). Breakfast had a variety of warm and cold on offer.

We had two things that could have been improved. 1) when we checked in we were told breakfast was until 11. Before we went exploring in the city I overheard a different person tell people checking in that breakfast was only until 10:30 If I had not heard the new information and clarified with the desk we would have missed breakfast. 2) Around 4pm I went to front desk, three people were chatting in the back office, one person clearly saw me but she kept the conversation going with others and only after staring for a short while did she say anything to the person who came and assisted me. For that one moment I didn’t feel like a valued customer. I only list these snotje hotel is aware. It would not stop us from staying here again.

Hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and city centre. Very good breakfast and a nice lounge and bar for pre dinner drinks. Helpful staff. We would stay there again.

Our room was on the top, there were some weird noises coming from the plumbing, which was a bit distracting. We were only staying a couple of nights so didn't bother to report it.

Lovely big room with a large comfortable bed. Nice neutral decor. Big bathroom including a full bath. Ideal location - easy to walk to from the main station and easy to access the centre on foot. Friendly staff. Able to leave luggage once checked out.

I just feel for this type of large/mid-range hotel the breakfast could be included. I found the cost of breakfast quite expensive for the quality - it was ok, but not great.

Excellent location, friendly and professional staff, Room was small but bed v good & price did reflect small size + v good breakfast. I liked the complimentary fruits and bottles of water available on ground floor. My parents stayed at a recently-opened, design- like hotel with a smaller room than mine more than double the price I paid! (They had to stay there due to mobility issues/ needing to be in that area)

We had a wonderful stay – this hotel was everything we needed and went beyond our expectations. From the super friendly and welcoming staff, to the great coffee and the surprisingly spacious and clean room – everything felt just right. Comfortable, convenient, and with a warm atmosphere throughout. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay again!
