Room was spacious, and staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged access to our room before check in time as we had arrived early. Particular lovely female night manager went out of her way to help us with accessing the laundry and working our dryer instructions for us.

Freezer section of fridge iced over and so dripping water on floor. Took 2 days for a lovely housekeeper to fix it when we asked her directly.

Perfect stay! So close to the centre and the train station - 5 mins either way! Perfect if you’re travelling on the Eurostar and you get a train into antwerp, you basically arrive at your stay straight away. Room was amazing, very spacious, huge comfortable bed! Overall great stay.

Not that I didn’t like it - but maybe just room for improvement. Mirrors - the room was huge but the only mirrors were the bathroom mirror and a mirror inside the wardrobe door. Such a spacious place I thought they’d at least have one on the wall. Lighting - there was no main light only a couple small lights. It was nice and cosy in the evening but for such a large room If you’re trying to do something the lighting wasn’t great.

The location was excellent - walking distance to the train station, many shops, and sights. The room was as described in the photos, cosy and neat. Although we didn't use it, it was good to know that there was also a restaurant and gym available in the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have some small additional amenities in the kitchen: salt (there was only pepper) and tea towels to help dry dishes would have been good to have. There was also no dish-rack, so having somewhere to put the dishes after washing would have been good too.

I recently stayed at Premier Suites for a three nights, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was seamless, and I appreciated the warm greeting and helpful information. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr Ulfat for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and kind. His support truly made me feel valued as a guest. We had an issue in our room with the coffee machine, he solved it and to compensate all the inconvenience has gifted us breakfast. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service, and mr Ulfat is a true asset to your team. I stayed for a week and was very happy, the location is super central, yet because the hotel is on a side street, it is quiet. The kitchen was very thoughtfully equipped so I was able to cook most of my meals in the hotel. Overall I'm very happy with all the facilities and the services of the hotel!

Something that could improve would be the WiFi, as it was on-and-off all the time. In my phone it was okay, but in the times I had to work on my laptop, it was unreliable.

The suite has a good space and is very comfortable. It has a small but functional kitchen and even a dishwasher if you're into cooking. The location is very close to the train station, and the walk is not long to the city center. There are plenty of restaurants close

Some maintenance could be done, but the table was very unstable, and the flush for the toilet sometimes got stuck and needed some work to get it right. I called reception about the toilet, but the place was full, it wasn't urgent maintenance, and I stayed only two days, so hopefully, it will be fixed later.

PS Antwerp is a perfectly good hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the suite was spacious. The hotel is very well located, it's very close to the train station and the Meir.

We only had minor inconveniences, so in general we had a great stay... But, in case it is helpful, here is some info about some of the issues we had: We had some issues with our coffee machine and TV, but we also didn't raise the problems with reception so potentially there were easy fixes. The room was not serviced during our stay so we ran out of hand soap and just continued to use our own. But again I'm sure this would have been sorted if we had asked. We didn't have the breakfast as it was too expensive at 18 euros (this was slightly more expensive than well recommended brunch places we went to in the city).

That there enough chairs in room was good . I like that you had expresso in the lobby, because fake Nespresso in the room did not work well or taste good. We had a room on the 7 floor facing the city so that was a welcome change because we had a view of the city and churches. Nice to have lots of hangers in the closet and a working clothes iron. The hotel was close to a grocery store.

Some lights did not work. A light bulb was missing next to the bed. The light over the sink did not work. However the light in the fan assembly worked so that helped. Loose wires above the fan in the cabinet was not meant to be used.

We have been to many hotel apartments before , and for Premier suites plus I have found it hard to find a mistake to complain about. The staff have always been smiling and willing to provide help with perfect communication abilities.. Thanks to Ms. Louisa in the reception whom we have been lucky to deal with , due to her sincere work to solve our issue regarding the booking. Moreover; I believe it would be the supervisor ; whom his welcoming attitude toward my child specially; really contributed to the " welcoming " vibes we sensed in there. All the reception staff were pleasant to speak to. The rooms are spacious and equipped with the amenities and utilities with nowadays technology and good room and places for storage. If we are coming to Antwerp again; we would definitely choose this place... Or may be we will choosing antwerp to spend our Holiday to get to stay in here. Defently recommending!!

There is n thing we did not like ... Yet if there is something; it might be the WC style not matching the rooms and do not feel as elegant.But It is not a real bothering . We also expected the AC to be working without having to ask the hotel to switch it on under their control

Great location, contemporary interior, well equipped kitchen facilities with a dishwasher. I love being close to the magnificent train station. The living-room area was nice and comfortable.

A dishwasher tablet for each day would be very useful. There was just one; I tried obtaining more from the reception desk but they didn't have them. One receptionist found one when I insisted; but it was s hard that the next evening I washed everything by hand. It's a small thing,
