The location was quite good. The hotel is just next to the central main station. By walk it takes around 20 minutes to go anywhere in the center. Room was really big and comfortable but the floor was not that clean. Staff was really nice, helpful and smiling always.

We go there by car and parking was 25 Euros per day. I thought it was already included in the booking but it was not. It is a lot and it should be free in my opinion. I guess it mainly like that in Netherlands and Belgium and this policy should be changed in all over these 2 countries. Really bad for the travelers. The parking place is underground parking and on the other partner hotels underground parking site. When my friend drove there, he made a mistake(went through wrong street) and the police officers give him a fine around 175 Euros. That part was quite bad experience for us.

I liked the hotel, location and staff. Clean,comfortable. You have to check in across the road at Radisson Blu, but that's no problem. My room overlooked the square, so it could be a bit noisy, but it didn't bother me. I was on the 3rd floor and enjoyed the view. It can be quite lively at 1am, but great atmosphere. Everyone seems happy in Antwerp. :) Blackout curtains were great. Window that opened slightly for fresh air. Air conditioning. Shower hot with good pressure. Basics provided. Toiletries. Tea/coffee. Very close to train/bus/subway. ( 2min/5 mins walk) Convenient to walk to shops. Elevator. Small room safe. Good value.

It's not ' manned' as such, but staff are at Radisson Blu if anything was needed. Not an issue.

Fantastic location, literally 2 minutes from the main train station and city centre. Room is well equipped with a fridge and a kettle, tap water is drinkable. Beds and bedsheets comfortable, both sides have bedside tables, wall sockets and reading lights and switches to control all lights. Bathroom is spacious, the shower includes a rainfall showerhead, basic cosmetics and towels are provided.

Check-in took abysmal 40 minutes with just 3 people in front of us, one of whom went back to replace a broken keycard. Why could it not be done online with automatic keycard machine? Because that is a priority service paid extra, as you are reminded of by surrounding posters. Entrance to the building has annoying "feature" where you have to wait for one set of doors to slowly close before the other opens.

Staff very friendly and professional especially a young lady with North African look who checked us in and out at the reception of Radisson Blu. She provided a stunning welcome and a genuine goodbye. This positive attitude should be taken into consideration when dealing with guests. Good location with central station across the street and city centre just 15 mins away. Nice lobby and bar area furnished with comfortable sofas and modern tables. Beautiful view of Antwerp station from breakfast room located on the second floor and free access to sauna/swimming pool available at the Radisson blu Antwerp city centre. Pity that we found it out the day after our arrival. Large bedrooms furnished with double beds, hard and soft pillows, hard mattresses ideal for a good sleep, spacious wardrobes and useful desks.

I would suggest to improve the breakfast offer by introducing Belgian patisserie (something typical), fresh juices instead of concentrate ones and a wider variety of croissants/cheese (offer was limited). Staff was very helpful but should have focused more on replacing items in a busy day.

Very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great shower and bathtub, big room, big bathroom. Nice big windows with view to central station. Easy access, everything worked fine. Really good value for money. Deserves 4 stars, it's fantastic, if you can get over having no slippers or vanity kit (probably the only things missing compared to a 5 stars hotel I stayed in recently). Had a good size minifridge, coffee, tea, iron, safe, tv, more than what I needed.

One of the 2 lifts did not work, but waiting time was very short, hotel did not seem too busy.

Breakfast room very nicely decorated, seats a bit close but seats for everyone and no waiting, substantial buffet including everything although took some finding as some things in alcoves. Nice view from window of town. Staff efficient and pleasant. Well appointed room: huge effective shower, television with many channels, kettle, coffee maker and samples, hairdryer, room cleaned when I went out (very much appreciated), surprisingly quiet situation at night at back of hotel

Very unhappy about arriving late at night to find a sign on the door telling me to find SAS Radisson in order to check in and get a key card - rather unwelcoming and made me worried. Very compact room. Would have preferred a picture rather than framed words but since the words didn't make sense I cannot complain about the message!

The hotel is centrally located, only a couple of minutes away from the main station and many tram lines. The check-in in the main building (Radisson Blu) went smoothly. We arrived earlier but were able to leave our bags at the hotel and go explore the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a view over the main square and the Ferris wheel. The square can get a bit sketchy at night, with people loitering around. As there was no reception/employees in the Park Inn, it would have felt safer, if the automatic doors at the entrance closed/locked faster.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Reception lady gave me a map and showed me in details what is worth going to see in a short weekend stay Location is perfect, close to the Central Station and at the city center. Easy to walk around to the shopping street or to some sights and plenty of restaurants, cafes nearby. Clean room, comfortable bed.

The hotel has a little gym but it is not well equipped (a few cardio machines and 4 dumpbells only), for more facilities and wellness, one can go to the other Radisson Blue hotel nearby which I found not convenient so I didnt use those facilities. The room itself was clean but very small. I was mostly out so it wasn't a big problem for a weekend stay.

The location is ideal - literally just outside of Antwerp Central Station - no need to cross a road to get to the hotel. The room was small but clean and very light with adequate desk space and sockets to charge devices.

There is no check in desk at this hotel. In order to check in you have to walk 80m to the Radisson Blue. The Radisson Blue is not very well signposted from the outside so unless you really know you are left kind of guessing where it will be.

Location to the train station couldn't be better. For example, I realized my train would be delayed to the airport and that I would need to take the earlier train that was scheduled to leave in 15 minutes. Only because of this location was I able shower, pack, and run over to make it....and with a couple of minutes to spare! It made day trips easy and the metro is there to take you anywhere else in the city. The shower was hot and big. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and large.

Overall there wasn't much not to like. The only thing I can mention is that since this hotel is on the square, you can get some noise coming from it at night, especially on the weekends. I wear earplugs so it didn't bother me.
