Firstly, the location is GREAT! It is so close to Antwerp Central Station and within walking distance of the old town, shopping street, harbour, park, etc. The area around the hotel has so many restaurants and is really vibey. It is also super close to the Chocolate Museum and the zoo, both which we highly recommend. The hotel itself is easily accessible and even though the rooms are on the smaller side, they are clean and comfortable. Reception and breakfast is on the top floor, with 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate free to all guests. It also has a terrace with some stunning views of historical buildings. We've been travelling Europe for the past three weeks and B&B Antwerp Centrum's breakfast was by far the BEST we had. Everything was fresh, tasty and with so many options with regards to condiments, sauces, spreads, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and Antwerp (well Belgium as a whole for that matter) really took us by surprise, it is such a beautiful city and country. We had the best time and would love to visit again in the future. Thank you!

I liked the location very much and the staff was nice.

I didn't like the fact that there was no ridge in the room. The room can get hot at times, even with the temperature switch. For cooling, it didn't do a thing. On our last day, the cleaning staff opened the door twice while we were still sleeping, and we weren't even close to our checkout time. So, to be taken out of a good sleep, it was not nice. We did notify the reception during our checkout, and they offered us a free drink for the inconvenience.

The location it’s so is amazing, super Center and super convenient. What we liked about it the most (since it’s our second time staying at the hotel) was how close it is to central station, making the trips to other cities so much easier. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and the room was very clean.

The only thing that’s slightly concerning was the system used for opening the hotel (building) door downstairs (the reception is on the 6th floor). You enter with a (individually given) code but then it takes about 3-4 seconds for the door to close, and sometimes there are sketchy or drunk people around, so you kind of need to watch out so that no one follows you in.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Antwerp! The location is just perfect - just 5 minutes walk from the Central Station, right opposite the Flemish Opera, and around there are many cozy shops, pharmacies, cafes and bars. Very convenient for walking around the city and shopping. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated - it is pleasant to stay and relax in them. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions or give advice on the city. A special pleasure is the space on the top floor: a cozy area where you can relax at any time of the day, drink hot chocolate from the coffee machine or order a drink at the bar. Breakfast is also served here - delicious and varied. And the balcony with a beautiful view of the city is a real bonus! I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Antwerp. I will definitely come back again!

The location was excellent, especially since we visited other cities outside Antwerpen—it made everything so convenient for us. You can find everything you might need around the hotel, which is a big plus. The hotel itself was comfortable and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth and hassle-free, which added to the overall great experience. As someone with celiac disease, I really appreciated the availability of gluten-free breakfast options—it made my mornings much easier.

The location is absolutely amazing , right in the middle of the Jumbo supermarket, about a few minutes walk from the main train station, the local shopping zone, across the metro & bus. Most of the time we just walk. Took the train one time and it was for 4 stops. It was excellent coz we could go back to the room to put our new stuff, change maybe and leave again. The room was clean. Just about the right size we needed, plus Got a Windows view. Free coffee and drinks all the time; it was perfect for morning coffee and some tea time in the evening. The price was totally worth it.

Maybe that one time they didn't change our towels, but it was fine

Friendly helpful staff. Good value for money. Excellent public area where you can sit & relax with views, a bar, free hot drinks. The room was great but we did go for the slightly larger double - a good choice. Ask for a room facing the outside and higher floor for the views.

The one thing, they don't clear used plates etc while you're still at the table. It's a buffet breakfast and so you end up with plates etc you've used cluttering up your table and no room to eat. A small thing but when I went to put the debris on a different table to give us room, the lady going round made a disapproving comment to me. My thoughts, what am I supposed to do?

Modern and very clean rooms, and silent accommodation. The breakfast was varied and tasty. I think it worth the money. It is 10 min walk from the central train station, super close to public transport and the main attractions in the centrum. We were given possibility check-in in early (in return of a fee), which we appreciate cause we needed to prep for a wedding event. They provide a luggage store for free, that was very helpful next day after we check out! Our room was facing a nice building, which we enjoyed the view.

The TV in our room didn't work, but for us it was no big deal therefore we didn't mention it to reception.

The location was perfect because it was 2 minutes far from the bus station (including Flibco), in front of the hotel were the Oper subway station and the tram station. Also, the train central station was 6-7 minutes away (we walk). On the ground floor it is a supermarket were you can buy everything that you need. Also, if you buy a caserol with food you can ask nicely the employes to warm it up for you at the microwave. All around you have many restaurants with food from different countries. The hotel offers you free water, tea or coffee anytime. Our room was clean and the bathroom was also clean.

For us it was ok.
