Good bed meant great night sleep. Room was soundproof so it was quiet. Interesting decor. Great shower and bathroom. All public areas and the room were very clean. Staff were helpful and efficient. Fabulous breakfast selection.

Location was not great for 2 female travellers. Within 15 mins of arriving at the hotel we’d been approached and propositioned by a random man in the street. At breakfast we were told we couldn’t eat out on the patio because passers by would ‘steal the food’

The location is fantastic. Short walking distance to many eateries and Antwerp Central Station. They have arranged our 4 rooms on the same level next to each other. The decorations of the room is cosy and comfortable.

The aircon did not work well for all four rooms on the first day but things were fixed on the next day. You cannot open the window to beat the room stuffiness as the street noise is horrible even at late nights where you can hear people screaming, fighting, yelling, etc. The pillow was a bit soft. The room was also small but manageable.

The Staff was really nice and helped out if there was some strange Homless people asking for money and won‘t leave… Also a spontanious late check out was possible, thanks for that. After the 3* Hotel we took in Brussel, this hotel seems like luxury and the price per night was almost the same.

Because the central location there was many homless people asking agressive for money. But this ain‘t the hotels fault it‘s just normal in Antwerp

Great location, stones throw from Central Station and plenty of places to eat/drink within walking distance. City Center only a 20 min walk away.

Booked an additional night (Sunday), direct with the hotel, and they charged the same rate as I had paid for the Sat. Looked up the rates when I got back to the room and the Sunday was cheaper online. Went back to reception to query this. A refund for the difference seemed too difficult, so settled for a free breakfast. But didn’t appreciate being over charged!

The location, the design and comfort of the room, the staff – all was great. The bathroom was nice and clean, the shower was a great relief after a long day walking. The location at the place next to the train station is comfy either, as you can do a lot by public transport in Antwerp.

We had some issues with noise outside, not caused by the hotel and annoying as we were in the first floor. I'd rather go on higher levels to avoid this next time.

Breakfast was good, eggs, fruit, small pastries, juices and coffee easy to access. Pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very good and helpful about everything. Although we were told that we could not get the room we asked for (no king bed) the room we had was adequate and our breakfasts were gratis because of the change in our original booking.

The weird small wieners and the nasty brown beans at breakfast. See above about the change to the room.

This was our second time staying at an IHG hotel (stayed at IHG York last year). All of the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, the room was very clean and nicely decorated, the facilities were great, and the hotel was very quiet so we slept well each night. Location was superb, price was really good, and the restaurant was lovely too. I also thought the cleaning voucher scheme was really great and we took advantage of it during our stay and used our credit towards a lovely meal in the restaurant. I’m so glad we chose this hotel and I would definitely recommend.

Nothing negative to say. Everything was great and the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Everything was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect, super close to the train station and the Queen Elisabeth Hall. We had to change hotels at the last minute and the staff here was exceptionally accommodating and understanding of our situation. They were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Located right next to the central station and the zoo, which is what I needed for work. I got a very nice suite that is unfortunately at -1 floor but it has a door to internal patio and the room is very large. One of the largest bathrooms I've ever lived with a huge shower cabin and a separate bath.

Breakfast was okay but not particularly great. The neighbourhood is kind of meh, didn't feel like walking around much.

Nice interior throughout the hotel, well-equipped and comfy rooms. The only downside was the sad view to the interior patio and lack of light - we picked this as at the reception they mentioned it could get loud with a front view room (you have to do a trade-off here). Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good and had a decent veggie and vegan selection but was not overwhelming for the price (22€). Location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the central station.
