Excellent location, comfortable beds, spotless clean room, with all the necessary kitchen facilities (we even cooked twice). Both before and during our stay the staff was supportive and very responsive via Booking chat. The room was ready for check-in at 1pm. Free coffee and tea on the ground floor. Overall, would love to stay there again!

Depending on the number, your room will be either in Frankrijklei or in Quellin building. At the beginning it may seem complicated to find the room however the sign in the elevator (I attached it here) can be helpful.

We liked the location, close to the train station and to the conference venue. The ease of checking in. The possibility of using the closet for more tea bags or coffee capsules. We liked that it had a little kitchenette and a laundry machine. There is a handmade chocolate store less than 5 min away- DelRay - highly recommend! Also, 5-8 minutes away, the chocolate museum is very good, and at the end, you can taste 10 types of chocolate.

Do not worry if you cannot find the QR code for checkout. The checkout email told us to scan the QR code on the door, which was not on any side of the entrance door to our apartment. But there was also an option to check out on the road, so it was quite easy and fast.

The place has many good points: it's clean, very new, with many amenities, and in an excellent location. It has an elevator, coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, a locker in the room and also a luggage locker.

The problem is that it's completely digital; there's no one in the building. For example, the locker where we kept our luggage got stuck. We had to call via WhatsApp (they didn't answer the phone). They answered, and in about 45 minutes, someone finally arrived to unblock it. If our train was about to leave, we would have missed it.

This apartment beaten our expectations. Fully equipped kitchen that includes oven / microwave. Fridge is there. Hob is easy to operate, oil was provided. Washing machine has dryer (does not happen very often). Bedroom is separated from the lounge; lounge has sofa that sleeps up to 2 additional persons. Mattress is outstanding too. Not to mention top-notch bathroom with a separate toilet. Location is 12 out of 10: five mins to station, Lidl next door. Price is great. Check-in via door code, so not waiting for anyone to give you keys, just arrive any time you need. Next time is Antwerp - staying in this place for sure!!

Not gonna invent downsides for the sake of it. Room 414 was quite far from the main entrance, taking two lifts to get to it, but come on - if this is the biggest disadvantage, you can image that everything else was outstanding!

Perfect location to explore Antwerp on foot or by public transport. Comfy room and great facilities for self-catering (clean towels and bedding available for guests), but also close to a wide range of restaurants and cafes if you want to eat out. Really helpful staff team who are easily contactable via WhatsApp. They worked really hard to resolve the AC shutting down when the fire alams sounded unexpectedly - kept us up to date with when the engineers would be on site.

A few extra cooking utensils and an extra pan would have been helpful.

Great location — close to a supermarket, within walking distance of the train station, and not far from the city center. The aparthotel has many rooms and offers convenient amenities. Our room was well-equipped with everything we needed: tea, coffee, dishes. The bedroom is small but has two entrances, which makes it easy to access. The sofa was not very comfortable and only really suitable for one person. We had to unfold it to sleep more comfortably. Unfortunately, it was quite dirty underneath, which suggests it hadn't been cleaned for a while. However, a dustpan and brush were provided in the room, which helped. There are also luggage lockers on the property, which is a great option if you want to explore the city before check-in or after check-out. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few minor issues.

Replace the sofa with a more comfortable one. Add a frying pan.

The studio was very well equipped with new, good quality appliances. It had everything we needed and was in a good location. We had no problem accessing the property although we did meet people who had a long wait to get into their accommodation. There is a Lidl right next door but a much better option is an OKAY supermarket in the next street and at the end of that street a CARREFOUR supermarket, both of which are nicer. The Panos bakery withing a few yards is great for bread and croissants and are open very early. the property is very near the Central Station and is located at the end of the Meier, Antwerp's main shopping street. It also has a Metro and tram stop very close.

Lack of information was the main problem. not having someone to ask. We were there for two weeks and there was no information regarding recycling and garbage disposal. By the end of the first week we had accumulated quite a bit of garbage. Also because of internet problems we couldn't access the on-line manuals for the various appliances and we struggled to work the washing machine/dryer and the combined oven/microwave. For older people such as us the floor in the shower was very slippery, we ended up using the bat math in the shower. A non-slip rubber mat would have been good.

These are really good sized apartments in a well furbished building, close to the Meir for shopping and an easy walk into the city centre for museums. The kitchen is well provided with some useful things like salt and pepper to hand. Beds are comfy, decor is smart.

I wasn't wild about having an unmanned reception beside bus stops etc. The doors were slow to open and close, so tailgating would be easy. I wasn't eating out in the evenings but I would have been wary coming in alone late at night. I didn't see any staff members other than one housekeeper in 5 days. If you are really concerned about security this might not be for you.

Breakfast could have been included with the room, as it’s pricy. And towels could haven been provided as often as possible. And room service should have been provided as the same as hotels for the price, in hotels you get breakfast free and towels as complimentary when you use them and need another extra, at YAYS by numa you have to pay for the parking which is a zonk. In hotels parking is free, YAYS by numa is good maybe for 1 or 2 days stays not for long term stays, I do not recommend longer stays if you expect service as hotels offer, but it’s great place to stay for 1 or 2 days.

Modern and nice facilities. Great value for money.

The pillows on the bed were to large and hard for my taste but I guess that’s a personal preference.
