each time we come to Belgium we stay in this hotel , the location is excellent , all the staff are great very friendly and helpful the room was very clean and the beds very comfy. Because we stayed for 2 weeks we were allowed to use the fridge we really appreciate that . We are looking forward to our next stay

nothing everything was great

The staff is amazing!! Soooo friendly and willing to help (calling back and forth to fix a tiny payment problem I had, offering to turn on the ac for us because we were attending a wedding, later remembering said wedding and asking about it, etc). Also that ac was beautiful after a day in 30 degrees and those beds… like sleeping on a cloud. Very beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms with plenty of space. And very good breakfast… until noon!! Yes until noon…

The staff was SO friendly, accommodating and polite. I was greeted with smiles and positivity by every staff I encountered. The breakfast was delicious and it was a nice variety. I had to leave very early and the front desk attendant ensured that my invoice was waiting for me at the desk that morning.

We liked everything. Everything met or exceeded our expectation. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very big room, lovely comfortable bed, large bathroom. Breakfast was very well done, even had outside seating. Free parking. Great location very short walk into town

I like a real bar rather than just a big fridge where a bottle if beer is sold to you. Minor thing! Also the outside if the hotel looks a bit downbeat, the inside is much better.

Exactly what we wanted. A quick access link e arrival close to motorway. It was priceworthy, service excellent despite arrival at midnight and comfortable beds, free easy parking, soft sheets, wonderful breakfast. We ate the best danish breads we have ever eaten!

Maybe some sounds travelled between rooms. We could hear someone snoozing at night.

The location was great for our purposes - we were traveling through our stay and being right across the Lier Culture Center was working for us. It is about 10 min walk from the town central part. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though our room was looking at the hotel parking, when you close the windows the noise was minimal. The breakfast was delicious, especially the bread.

The check out time is a bit early (until 10:00) so you have to get up really early if you want to get a breakfast and be out on time.

Handy car park, modern decor, easy reach of town centre, good breakfast choice, could eat outside on terrace

Poorly designed check-in system resulted in us paying twice. Took a lot of sorting out to rectify the problem.

Clean & functional. Staff were extremely nice and provided whatever we needed. I’d be happy to stay there again.

Small niggles: the entrance was hard to find, we went past it once, then ended up in McDonalds drive thru Yuk! Found it eventually. At breakfast, give the jam a miss 🫤

Spacious, modern & comfortable room with large bed. Not noisy at all (my room was not too close to the street), good double glazing and private parking. Nice breakfast with good choice, a good coffee machine and even a small sunny terrace outside. To be recommended!

When we arrive, people at the reception were less nice than usual Bar closes very early Room services starts early and noisy in the aile Smell in the room where one have breakfast is not smelling very nice (it smells the old eggs)
