Wow! Lovely converted farm building into a few very spacious rooms. Couple who own and run the B&B we're interesting and always ready to help. Our bed and bedroom were both massive. The included breakfast was tasty and allowed other guests the opportunity to meet each other while enjoying the meal. We can say it was the MOST interesting place we stayed during our 3 week cycling trip - the Flanders Cycle Route. Perfect and unique accommodation.
Nothing at all

This B&B is just near enough from the main road to be readily accessible, yet far away enough to be really still and relaxing. The installations are a wonderful renewal of a XIX century building, with lots of lovely details, spotless clean, extremely confortable furniture and beds (and I'm a picky person for the latter!). Breakfast is homely and really nice, and the staff is very polite and attentive. Lovely playful dog too!
Nothing was bad. If I had to pick, I'd say that Wi-Fi cover was uneven in the room but that's absolutely understandable in a stone walls building (you do have signal everywhere, it's just slow at my side of bed).

Lovely place, beautifully done up, extremely comfortable bed and bedding, in a very convenient location if you are passing through Belgium to overnight and you don’t want to head into the thick of Antwerpen. We were travelling with our dog, so being able to walk him nearby was important as well as getting a good night‘s rest and safely parking a car full of stuff from our road trip. Greet made us feel extremely welcome and made us a delicious breakfast. All in all a very pleasant experience.
We didn’t like the open bathroom arrangement in the room, especially WC. But this may have just been the lay out in our ground floor room.

Super friendly host. Breakfast is homely and really nice. quirky building, quick check in in our case it was via phone with navigating where to find keys etc. very funny
Nothing was bad, but I think this kind of accommodation is not for everyone, if you expect new furniture etc. then it is not for you

Breakfast was superb, prepared by host as we sat chatting.. Host was lovely, made us very welcome, it was like being at home. On the outskirts of Ranst, a suburb of Antwerp, but close enough, not to be to amenities. Overlooking fields. On the advice of our host, we spent a day in Lier. Small town, 6 miles away. Like a small, undiscovered Bruges. Delightful

Wonderful welcoming host, offering a varied and delicious breakfast. The building is beautiful and despite being 19th century, the facilities were all modern and fitted to a high standard. This B&B was very dog friendly which helped us to feel relaxed, and the TV in the room is smart and offers streaming by services (Netflix) which is a huge bonus when travelling abroad.

breakfast was excellent. I have gluten/lactose allergies, and the owner provided gluten free bread every morning, and from day two I had lactose free yoghurt and butter. scrambled eggs every morning and fantastic home made jams, plus fresh fruit and chocolate croissants for my wife. I couldn't fault it. Staying with our dog was a pleasure, the owner loved dogs and owned a border collie, that my wife wanted to take home.
The weather! Otherwise nothing.

The property is conveniently near Antwerpen by car. The price is much much better than the city hotels. The property is located near a forest and some corn fields, nice scenery. It is an old sheep shelter beautifully restored. The floor, the furniture, they are great and with all the decorations they create a wonderful atmosphere. The owner is very nice and made a good welcome, also very open about check in later and about our stay with the child in the room without additional fees. Breakfast was delicious, with bonus points for home made jams and the fruit!
Only small things as disadvantages. A little smell in the toilette room occasionally. Animal trophy decorations not for us.

Lovely host, very helpful. Delicious breakfast. Delightful building
A kettle in the room, or other access to tea or coffee would be nice. The heating worked well but was only on for a short time. Room felt a bit cold later in evening.
