The room was in excellent condition. All appliances working, and all top brands. Very nice beds. A couple of tables to work including a big Samsung LED screen. Hairdryer, iron with ironing table (not that I used them but they're available!). Samsung air conditioner. The kitchen is top notch with Siemens equipment: fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, air extractor. It also includes a water heater and coffee machine. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, bowls, pans, etc. The bathroom is of good size and very good quality. All you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is clean, good quality, solid, and well-maintained. The coffee machine in the breakfast room is excellent. The breakfast room has an excellent view of the Plantin en Moretuslei avenue.

Nothing strongly dislikable at this hotel. The breakfast could be a little more diverse as it is charged separately (€15), although everything served was good quality. The Laundry Room managed through the We Wash app could be more affordable (€5 to wash, €5 to dry). I paid 1,25 dollars for each in the US, a few years back. The room service is once a week, but great if it drives costs and prices down.

Second time we've stayed here because of the facilities. A very nice, quiet room with a practical kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and a lot of thought has gone into the design to make it a very functional room. Makes it a relaxing stay. Superb bicycle storage area. Fifteen minute walk to Central station.

The undergound car parking is very tidy and well lit and plenty of spaces but too expensive, €24 per night. ParkingBee has five places available in the same garage for €16.20 per 24hrs. (Aug 2024) I think there are cheaper carparks in the area which I'll investigate next time we stay there. I didn't have breakfast as I'd tried it on my previous stay because didn't think it was worth the €17. You can have a coffee and cake for €3 now, which is much better value.

Specious and clean room with AC included, friendly staff, good location. Moderate variety of kitchen utensils. Spacious shower as well

The shower head was too big (and with 3 modes, only one of which was somewhat usable), so the water flow was pretty poor. Fitness room is poorly equipped as well (a couple of treadmills, resistance bends, and a yoga mat) Small selection of tea/coffee included (1 black tea, 1 green tea, and 2 coffee capsules for 2 ppl), although I believe more could be requested on reception.

Everything seemed very, very clean. I knew about the Murphy bed and while I prefer a slightly more forgiving mattress it did the job and for me, as a solo traveller, the little sofa/seat you have once the bed is up is an absolute bonus. The little kitchen had everything I needed. Also, the location is pleasantly close to both Antwerp Central Station and a nearby metro station. The lady at the reception was very friendly.

I was placed on the first floor, roadside, and if you're sensitive to noise (like me), get earplugs. (which can be done accross the street, need be) Breakfast (included in my stay, so no comment about the price...), the scrambled eggs and baked beans specifically, REALLY need to be (quite) a bit warmer.

A very clean, modern apartment room with a useful kitchen. All the kitchen equipment was high quality. Large walk in shower. Very helpful for us was the very large, secured bike storage, free, best I've ever had in any accomodation. There is a large underground car park, well lit, but expensive at €23 per night. Street parking is €5.70 per day (09:00-19:00 free on Sunday) (Jan 2024) Breakfast was ok, nothing special but they will cook some eggs for you whatever way you want. We really enjoyed our stay there and most likely will return but park on the street. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cost of garage parking.

This was such a nice place. The room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well supplied. We had everything there to cook. It was so nice.

Parking options. I didn’t want to pay the price for parking in the garage as it was so expensive. Finding a spot on the street was difficult but possible. But that meant hauling luggage and food 400 meters. Too bad there wasn’t an unloading zone or a 30min free parking in the garage to unload luggage.

It was a great location Near beautiful restaurants 5 minutes away Near train station Antwerp and under ground about a 10 minute walk 20 minutes walk into city centre It was extremely clean Lovely friendly staff All the amenities required for the stay The breakfast was nice buffet with a good range of food hot and cold

The only disappointment there were no bedside cabinets do could rest your books or even a cup of coffee

Aparthotel , the concept. Hotel room with its own dishwasher, electric stove top, refrigerator, and microwave. Two thumbs up. Thinking on staying there again already.

I had a very nice stay in you Hotel and very lovely and helpful staff on by Check in and Check out. Very Clean Apartment. You have all thing that you will need in the apartment. The bed is a little Small but it's ok for 2 person.

The stuff in the Restaurant are very unfriendly. We went for breakfast at 8:30 the Warm food was Cold and dont have that much operation of food. T

- Had all the facilities you needed in the room - Shared washing machine / dryer room in the attached building next door (5 EUR for each wash/dry) was very convenient. You have to install and use the WeWash app with card payment i.e. cannot use cash. - Really nice view from my high floor overlooking the city to the south. - Only 10mins walk from the central station. - Across the road from a Delhaize supermarket and a Kruidvat, plus near to lots of other little shops. - Very quiet during my stay. - Underground car parking if you need it. - Staff was generally friendly. - Was very good value for the time of my stay.

- The room was not so big. - The bed folded down from the wall over the couch. It was simpler just to keep it down and so I could not use the couch. - The TV had a lot of international channels, but for some reason did not have the local Belgian TV channels (VRT, VTM, RTBF networks) which I thought was a bit strange.
