It would be great to get a better understanding of the facilities and hotel ie garden spaces, pools and bikes available only discovered bikes an option the night before leaving also a bit more info about the area and surrounding streets ie general shopping that there is a supermarket 100m down the road if you need anything had to discover these my self and only at the end of the stay

The hotel is so pretty and so well kept it is impressive. The spaces are well thought out and the extra services are a top-class add on. Breakfast is a full 3 courses. Plenty of options including delicious fruit and yogurts as well as eggs any way you like.

The only thing I would say is that the wardrobe door is not good - it is noisy and difficult to open and shut but if this is all I can find to complain about you can understand that it was a great stay. A little away from the centre but once I got used to the trams, it was easy and there are a few places in the immediate area for good food.

Everything was perefct the decor being all serax and the toiletries being le labo you know the standards are high and on trend , food is and amazing and there is nothing to much to ask everyone is so attentive. You have to book out the spa privately it’s beautiful. And have cocktails every night at the bar very nice bar staff. Definitely be staying again as we fell in love with Antwerp

The room is very quiet, and the bed was comfortable for a good night sleep and get rested. The staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was nice and good.

The room was comfortable but there was a smell like it hasn't been ventilated for a long time. The hotel area is quiet but a little too far from the city center. I spent the afternoon working on the library, it would have been nice to have the fireplace lit-on for a cosy atmosphere.

Located in a quiet area, this is a stylish property with minimalist but cosy decor. It is clean, new, bright and airy. The restaurant is equally stylish with excellent food and wine and very knowledgeable staff. All staff members from those at reception through to the cleaning and catering staff were polite, warm and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

Stunning property in what was once a monastery housing nuns in a military hospital complex. The redevelopment and design is very well done to create a modern, contemporary space without losing any of the emotional and evocative connect with its past. The neighbourhood is also very interesting and well worth exploring.

Great location, calm environment that smelt great!!! Friendly smiley staff who were very helpful. The room itself was comfortable, quiet and the treble height ceilings made the space feel more open! Loved the gardens as well, spa peaceful mind how they led out to the neighbourhood and the great restaurants and bars.

In the room it felt that male grooming products were missing and more hangers in wardrobe. More cooked options at breakfast, for example sausages would be good. The breakfast offering overall was excellent, just missed more cooked options as I don’t eat eggs.

Very interesting building. The room was really dark at night (which I really like) and the beds were comfy. The cocktails were excellent! Very nice breakfast too.

Just a small detail, the keys were a bit tricky when it came to turning on the lights. Also, we were directly above the kitchen which meant we had food smells during service.

The hotel design and atmosphere is really nice but the restaurant service, especially the manager at the bar was awful considering the price category. They are very slow and brought me not what I ordered, we ate the slightly bigger portion accidentally and they wanted to charge me the full price, saying that I ate it anyways.
