The ventilation of the room was limited, did not smell very well when coming in. It could not be controlled, display showed ‘central’.

The cook Ines was great, she is so nice, she came to our table to explain all manu, and free to agree what combination od food we like, and what she prepeared was sooo delicious and we empty all... she cooks with love and passion what is hard to find. While waither Mo was always on disposal and ready to serve and to talk. Breakfast is great. Room was clean, nice design, modern. The view was amaizing. We would stay longer and would love to come back.

really nice hotel, only minutes away from the Berchem station (bus, tram and train). alright neighbourhood, with some weird types here and there but perfect if you're travelling just to see the centre of Antwerp. i recommend checking out the streets north of the hotel (towards draakplaats) for some beautiful art nouveau architecture!

the clerk assumed my partner and i were friends and we faultily got the wrong room at first, this was quickly solved and he was very apologetic!

Fantastic hotel for the price. Nice clean modern room with fabulous shower & comfortable beds. Convenient location just across the street from train station. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was difficult to find it at first because Google and Waze both tried to send me to the next door police station & the signage is small for the hotel itself. It might be helpful to know that coming from Berchem station, the pedestrian bridge across the street leads you right to it.

We managed to book here after being let down by Expedia by overbooking a different hotel. We booked this hotel very late, and Google said the restaurant was open til midnight which was perfect as we hadn't eaten all day. When we arrived (22:30) we were informed the restaurant wasn't open, but there was a handy snack bar we could grab food from. They had some instant noodles, crisps, chocolate etc. The room was lovely, very comfortable. One of the milk sachets had gone off though, so only one coffee in the morning. Shower was lovely. Only a place we could put our heads down before onward travel, but we nice to be somewhere so comfortable.

Restaurant was closed so we couldn't eat anything substantial, the snack bar was a fine alternative to tide us over. Also one of the milk sachets had gone off

Everything was nice, the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options to choose from. The location was quite good because it’s like a minute or two walk from the train station in Antwerp-Berchem and there you can train to every location you want to go in Antwerp or Belgium as a whole.

There was nothing not to like. There wasn’t a microwave in the room, so you have to go down to reception and request for your food to be microwave in the kitchen (that is actually not so bad).

Staff is superb. During our stay everything was clean and smelled nice from entry to the hotel to the entry to the rooms. The rooms are pretty, and lights are comfortable to the eye. You'd not want to leave the bed. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

It's been said before, but I still think a clear instructions such as a sign on the wall to indicate where the parking is would be helpful ;) Additionally, when our room was being tide up, the used glasses has not been changed. It's not a big issue of course, but was a bit weird that it was left away.

Our accommodation at Radisson Hotel was excellent. Our room was clean and cosy. Our bed was very comfortable. The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the public tranportation. You can choose between bus or tram. The breakfast was exceptional. Everything you can imagine eating for breakfast. There is also underground garage where you can park your car. It is called Parking Post-X, where you search for the level -2 and the Radisson logo. It's 15€ per day and you pay the city tax 4€ per day also.

Great location for my visit, close to the train station and therefore easy access to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and warm, and nice little perks - candy, flavored water in the lobby - makes is more comfortable when staying for a longer period.

Breakfast was lacking variation, I stayed for 6 nights and I found it to be the same every day. The room could have used better cleaning.

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. The location is very comfortable to get by with a car. There is also a parking garage downstairs which is 15eur/24hr multiple entries allowed. It's about 10-15 mins drive to the center. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There are power sockets as well as usb sockets next to the bed.

The surroundings of the hotel does not look too interesting. Also checking Google Maps I haven't seen much around to go by walking. I liked the breakfast but my family didn't. The car park (which is public, not used only by the hotel) was not always very clean (but spacious, almost always I didn't have to park next to other cars).
