This hotel is about a 20min walk to the Central Station, but close enough to everything you need in 'downtown' Antwerp. Located in a safe and convenient area. The staff is excellent, even accommodated our last minute request of staying an extra night, for a cheaper price than listed on booking or their website. The rooms are great in size. we had 2 single beds, a chair, a desk with its own chair, a closet, and a shoe rack/sitting area. The bathroom is decent sized too, with good lighting, and toiletries. Wifi was great too, 2 people working with no slowness or issues. We didn't go to the bar in the lobby but it looked nice and always had people in it.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location was ideal, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room size was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the on-site items for sale, like dental kits, shaving kits, and water bottles, which were very convenient. The hotel also offered free cold drinking water, promoting sustainability by reducing plastic waste—such a thoughtful touch! Overall, it was the perfect hotel experience, complete with 24-hour reception. Highly recommended!

Our experience had some challenges. The parking (paid !!!) was not located adjacent to the hotel, and finding it was tricky due to the narrow streets and one-ways surrounding the area. I had to circle the block twice before I finally located the parking. Additionally, accessing the parking lot with the code was a bit confusing, and I struggled to get through on my first attempt. Overall, these issues made our arrival less convenient than expected.

Room was lovely and spacious, generally minimal external noise. Bed was huge and so comfortable. We didn't opt for breakfast, however the breakfast/restaurant area looked lovely. Staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely wanted to help their guests. Short distance to walk to the central train station and other points of interest. We notified the hotel in advance that we were visiting over my 30th birthday and we had a lovely little card and packet of biscuits waiting for us on arrival which was a nice touch. We took the train across to the Bobbejaanland theme park which was super easy to do too.

Although minimal noise most of the time, if you're a lighter sleeper and like to lie in for a while then when housekeeping were cleaning nearby rooms in the mornings it was loud enough to disturb. There were some minor signs of wear-and-tear, such as burn marks in the carpet, but nothing which actually affected our stay.

Good hotel close to the main train station but easy to walk into the city. The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel has a pleasant interior and is comfortable. I asked if I could be put if possible in a quiet room and much appreciated the fact that I had, with a friendly message from the manager about this. The room was big clean, and attractive, and the bed was very comfortable. Shower lovely. The breakfast was good enough. Coffee great!

The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful, contributing positively to our overall experience. However, we did encounter a notable issue regarding the sleeping arrangements. The listing advertised a double king-size bed, which was a significant factor in our decision to book this place. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that the bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. This setup was not particularly comfortable for us as a couple and detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience. We believe it would be beneficial for future guests if the listing photos or descriptions could more clearly indicate the actual bed arrangement. This transparency would allow potential guests to make a more informed decision, aligning their expectations with reality. While this issue did not completely overshadow our stay, a more accurate representation of the sleeping arrangements would have certainly enhanced our overall satisfaction.

First impressions for me is always the way i get treated. It was Good and that because of the staff Gi, he is exceptional. He did a really great job. And because of his excellent customer service he take away a small system issue that was going on at that moment. Overall the total staff is friendly and polite. The breakfast was way above what i expected good varieties. Clean breakfast area. The breakfast was really the best part.

The sprotjes i have for dinner. The were really terrible and take a way my appetite. If it is not a fast mover i advise to take it off the menu.

Location was good. Room was very large and we had plenty of space to move and spread our belongings around. Recommend it for long stays as well. Bathroom was also very neat and practical to use.

No sleepers! Would expect those old style paper-thin hotel sleepers. TV is not smart! Come on guys it is 2024. For a hotel in such quality, you definitely need to have a smart tv

the hotel is nice and well situated, the breakfast was very good, i was very happy to have such choice, the rooms are spacious and well organised

the shower was a bit old and we could see mold / rust on the ceiling. we had no chance, we ended up close to a room that was occupied by very noisy people that decided to talk and laugh like cows until 3am. the reception was not picking up to our complain calls. So i would say that the rooms were not well isolated at all in between them.

Staff were very friendly and chatty. Loved their energy and warm nature, both at reception and restaurant. The chef was great. It was nice having a chat with him. He makes great meals, and I loved the chicken wings 😃 which surprised us for Belgium! When we met him though, it all made sense. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We asked that rooms be close together as we were travelling as a family, they complied with that request in fact we had a joining door which was great. The car park was accessible, it is first come first served but we got a space no problem and it is just around the corner, they gave me a little map it was easy just that you have to go around the one-way system but it toolk two minutes. The room wifi only works when tyou have the big tv switched on, the general hotel wifi was avaiable in most places regradless. Great location, surrounded by bakeries. The centre of the old town just 10-15mins walk away, and up the road about the same distance were many large high street retail shops and restaurants. A great place, botht eh hotel and the city. Would certainly reccomend :)
