Very nice hotel with good pool, sauna and steambath that hotel guests can use for free. We also loved that breakfast was served until 11.30 in the weekend and checkout was only at noon. Friendly staff and value for money!

The location is not perfect, but at walking distance (even with young kids) from public transport to the city center.

Very welcoming and friendly reception staff. We arrived very late to the hotel and the staff was extremely polite and kind and we overrated a bit and checked out later than we should have had and that was also no issue. The rooms were very clean, bathrooms very neat and modern and the shower was absolutely fabulous. Mattress a bit hard to my liking but overall ok. Nice crispy clean bedsheet. Honestly very good hotel for a great value. Plenty of parking to park round the hotel; please don’t forget to register for the low emission zones if you are driving around the city.

Very good ,as usually. The facilities are very good.The cleaning at the facilities is excellent, hats off to the lady taking care of them.Across the street,plenty of free parking.Facilities are open from 06:00.,i believe,and until 23:00 ,which is very nice,so you can also relax in the swimming pool or sauna until late night.Good gym as well. Overall very good value. Professional ,kind staff.

The TV looks great,but you cannot connect it to your smart phone.It is not bad,but definitely something i would improve.I couldn't watch my Netflix serie for example.You can watch YouTube and stuff like that,but not Netflix.

Booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay, to experience the Christmas market in Antwerp. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was above expectations - good spread of hot and cold food, and was quite delicious (normally in European hotels, the buffet breakfast is anything but impressive). The swimming pool was great too - bigger than expected, clean and our 4 year old loved it. We were also allowed late-check out as late as 14:00 hrs, as part of my benefit of being part of IHG's loyalty club member.

My parents did not like their room as it was too close to some air-ventilation / air-conditioning exhaust for the building with the humming sound affecting my mom, so they were switched to the other side of the building. That was fine, but the alternative room given was a smaller / downgrade of the originally booked room. Seeing that the hotel was completely full, I did not make a fuss about it.

Fantastic hotel - excellent location with really easy access to Antwerp city Centre. Brilliant pool and friendly staff. Lots of parking. Room was a great size for the 4 of us with a great view of Antwerp. Breakfast was also really good - lots of choice. Would recommend the hotel and would not hesitate to use again when we come back to Antwerp.

I regularly use IHG with work and can say this was one of the better ones that have been able to stay at. Parking charge was perhaps a little steep £20 for 24hours. I fear this is probably common place in Antwerp. Plenty of parking, including some undercover spaces as well. This is just a personal preference. Otherwise there was nothing I did not like. The hotel itself is really nice, super easily reachable by public transport. It's a bit out of the city but if you need a quick snack and don't have time to go to the restaurant, there's a minimart downstairs + a pretty nice gas station next door. The bathroom seemed newly renovated and the room and hallways were clean. The hotel staff also kindly accomodated my request for a room in the highest floor which was nice, as I love having any kind of view. Overall great value for money and I will most likely be back to enjoy more of the facilities!

There was a note on the minibar saying that there was a refillable water bottle in the room, but there wasn't actually any. I asked the cleaning lady who told me this would be delivered to me in the evening but this didn't happen. Not a huge deal as I ended up buying my own on the way home anyway but maybe a tip for future guests would be to ask the reception downstairs instead for it to be delivered immediately, should it be missing from your room. The air conditioning was quite noisy even with the fan set to "low".

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and a well-maintained property featuring a huge infinity-style pool in sleek black design, plus a wellness area with two different saunas (a steam sauna and a hot dry sauna). The breakfast area is large with plenty of choice, and there is also ample parking available. The hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the city center.

the location is close to the highway and the windows are not very well soundproofed. Also, it was not possible to get lactose-free milk (important for allergies and intolerances), which is definitely an aspect that could be improved.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless – the rooms and common areas were very clean and well kept. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even better. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. A big bonus was the swimming pool and sauna facilities – such a relaxing treat! Overall, I absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

Our family stayed there with friends. Everything was exceptional. We had 2 neighbour rooms for our family which is convenient (2 bathrooms). Well-conditioning and soundproofed despite the location to the busy roads and crossing. Children were not charged and stayed for free. The breakfast was exceptional. And the decor of the spa zone and all of it was great. Clean overall. Worth every single penny. Private and safe parking.

The additional charge for the hotel parking (it was high). We could park cheaper of for free somewhere else but already committed and paid.

The fact that the double room has two double/full beds is wonderful and no longer common these days. We also tried the swimming pool and wellness area which was very nice. Check-in and check out was smooth and street parking was easy to find just across from the hotel. Oh and there’s an open convenient store right next to the reception which is very convenient especially for midnight snacks!

You can see that the hotel has been renovated but not 100%. So the room interior design still looks a bit dated. With a wellness area, we would have thought there would be cotton slippers provided but perhaps for “eco” reasons, this has been stopped. Also, we paid 190€ for 1 night for 2 adults and 2 children and we booked the room well in advance. It’s definitely not cheap.
