Great location and there is a guest parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, it is spotless clean

No bath , no individual toiletries, no bathrobe/slippers and the bottle of water in the room is charged at 6 euro . The coffee machine is no good, a kettle would be better. We have been coming for years to this hotel, but we find that it is going downhill and penny-pinching.

It's my second time stying in Hylitt and it again met my expectations very well. The airline had delayed the arrival of my luggage and the hotel staff were very helpful with assisting me to coordinate the delivery. They also provided extra toiletries and chargers as mine were in my luggage. Besides that, service is always good, location is perfectly near the central train station and close walking distance to shops.

Location and room was spacious and comfy , Not a fan of the Mani bar as i did get an extra charge that was not correct but was resolved instantly

The gym and swim is an extra 7 euro a day which is not included in the stay would be nice to be able to add it to the booking and the bar is not rely a bar just a room with bottle beers not a draft option.

Location is PERFECT, staff very helpful and professional. Extended checkout for free.

Cleanliness of room was not up to high standard, being a business class room. Room carpet needs a good cleaning, as its all stained and noticed that floor bathroom tiles near toilet are all stained with past wee drops, also behind toilet seat. Bathroom door looked like someone splashed water or something else and still was noticeable, meaning that bathroom door was not even wiped let alone disinfected. Wall socket not fixed well on wall. For the rest all was clean.

Great locality in the middle of the town, few steps from the railway station. Quiet rooms, kind and helpfull personel. Great swimming pool.

Poor equipement oft the room (missing boot jack, slippers, bath robes), too soft matraces (according to my opinion), no specialitis in breakfast

Perfect location, great amenities and super helpful personnel. Super easy to access with the car, close to the shops center and a few minutes walking from the central station. Room was great with a balcony.

WiFi was not working 100% but in the end we did not spend much time in the hotel. In the swimming pool they did not have one of the saunas working. At night can get noisy.

The location was quite central. Walking distance to the famous Centraal Station, a selection of restaurants and pubs around the area, casinos, shopping was also very accessible and just 10-15 minutes walk to Grote Markt. The lobby smelled really good and the whole interior was quite sophisticated. The front office manager was friendly and quite helpful when we had an issue with our car. I also requested a quiet room and that was granted right away. The bedroom was topnotch. Bed was big, spacious and comfortable for two. They even have extra pillows. There was enough space in our room to walk around. I love that there were complimentary coffee pods. 👍

The staff were good + helpful, particularly the person on Reception when I arrived in the middle of the night following dreadful travel. I think his name was Yan + should be given a raise!

Accessing the restaurant, early closing, I did not get a chance to eat. Hidden charges for using the pool

I came back to this hotel because I liked it. There is a girl working at the reception, I don't remember her name, she has Asian appearance. I wouldn't want to have such an employee, she has a very bad attitude towards guests. I don't want to return to that hotel if I meet such staff.There was a guy who worked with this girl, he was completely polite and nice, he agreed to change the room and gave us a good number, he also helped us carry our suitcases. Thanks to him.

The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to access the main attractions in Antwerp. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. We felt safe and well looked after.

There wasn’t much to dislike.
