Clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly. Seating area outside and inside for drinks/tea/coffee. Great location. Lots of food options and other shops only a 10/ 15 minute walk. So many beautiful old buildings to see. The shower was hot with good pressure and basic toiletries provided. Tea/coffee / fridge. Across the road from Antwerp Central( train station) Close to the subway station and buses. Has an elevator. Has a room safe. Staff will let you leave luggage after checking out for a short time if your departure time is long ,or if you want to shop before you leave. My room overlooked a street that some people may find noisy, but it didn't bother me. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay here. Good value.
I have nothing to say about this hotel that I didn't like.

We had a lovely stay in the Leonardo hotel. I was pleased to see it once I exited the train station so no chance of getting lost! Check in was very fast. The receptionist and indeed all staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The hotel app was very useful to manage the booking such as requesting room cleaning or ordering room service if needed. The (triple) room was very nice, exactly as portrayed in the pictures and we had a view of the fab train station. It was lovely to have coffee, tea and water replenished every day. The room was cleaned every day, even when I forgot to book it and extra towels were appreciated.
My only negative comments were a stain on bathroom floor i noticed on arrival was missed during cleaning each day. The window curtain was also stained. The water pressure in the shower was poor - we were on the top floor tho- and the hotel did not have a stocked first aid kit when needed -nothing but gauze. Other than that I was very happy with the hotel and I would return again and I would definitely recommend it.

The location is very good, close to lots of restaurants, attractions and just outside of train station. Check in was not smooth, I think they don’t allow before 3pm even if the rooms are ready. They also insisted to have less than three euro city tax upon arrival, which was not welcoming. My room and the bathroom were clean and good size but the toilette was separate. The bed was comfy but the pillows very loose and not comfortable. Wi-fi was good and air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was very good but breakfast room was not in good location and had no windows or natural light. I recommend the hotel for short stays.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Europe hands down. The location was fantastic. It was just right beside Antwerp Central Station. The hotel is surrounded by so many food shops, convenient stores and even pharmacies. My room window view was so beautiful and mesmerising I miss it so much. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. They definitely have good customer service. One of the staff (Olivier, i think he’s the male staff if I’m not wrong) saw my name during check in and informed me that their breakfast buffet is HALAL and personally i feel touched that he pointed it out and informed me. I did end up taking breakfast throughout my stay and it tasted good. The other female staff (Gloriane and there’s a few more which I didn’t get to catch their names) were also very nice to me and helped me when I asked them questions regarding Belgium’s transportation system. On top of that, the hotel gave my father a free room upgrade which I’m very appreciative of as well.
My room however didn’t have the best wifi reception which had me using my own data but that’s about it.

The room and the bed was perfect for a couple. It didn't feel like you where going to fall in between the two beds. It really did feel like one big nice bed. The room is nice and the bathroom is big enough for two. It's nice that the toilet is separated from the bathroom. The location is really perfect, next to the train-station and really close to other facilities. After our stay we could leave our luggage in the hotel until we took the train back home.
Toilet room was a bit small. The breakfast could have been a little better. The toasting machine didn't really work and the bread taste was a bit average, but breakfast overall is still okay.

I chose the Leonardo because of its proximity to the station. I had to catch a 6 a.m. train and this hotel was ideal. Even I managed to be on the platform within 60 seconds. Although it is vitually impossible to be more in the center of town, there was no, or very little, noise in my room. Traffic or otherwise. Breakfast was relatively standard. Scrambled eggs, cheeses, assorted meats, choice of rolls, pastries or whatever type of birdfood people eat these day and the usual drinks. I liked the room, large, quiet, the resonably late breakfast hours, a modest food option for lunch or dinner or even room service. A daily service opt out was an added bonus. (No need to tidy up before the maids arrive ...) Around the hotel there are a million different places to eat, shopping is great and it is within walking distance of the opera house, the Queen Elisabeth hall, museums and galleries.
What I didn't like were the stains on the deskchair seat and on the small ottoman next to the desk. Although small and relatively insignificant, large enough to be noticed.

It is just across the Central Station, if you travel by train - it is great. We were coming by car. We have called the hotel prior to arrival, and they have explained where to find the entrance to their underground parking. It is basically on the side street of the hotel. It is busy area, but coming there with car was no problem at all. The hotel room was ready at 15:00, but we were arriving earlier (at 12:00). We were able to park the car in their parking without any problem. The parking lots are very small, so it was a bit challenging. If you have a bigger car, maybe consider to park in the more big underground parking place. We have paid for parking 19 euro per day, and did it by the reception. After paying you get a coin to insert to be able to leave the parking. Everything went very smooth. The parking was our biggest concern, considering the busy location near the Central Station. The room was very clean. Everything worked very well. The stuff is extremely polite and always willing to help.
Breakfast could be a little more interesting. There were just 2 sorts of cheese and no bacon. The matrass is sagging and too hard.

Location - Across the road from the Central Train Station. Close to everything. Quiet - Despite being in a busy location, noise was not an issue. We were in room #543 on the 5th level. There was a lift to all floors which was wonderful. We had booked for 3 people, but the 3rd bed was not made up. Notified reception and fixed in 5 minutes. Special thanks to Timor on the front desk. We had telephoned a couple of days before check-in to see if possible to leave our luggage there for 3 days after check-out. It worked smoothly and we were able to place it in a secured room in a secured locker in the basement.
Besides the making up of the 3rd bed as detailed above we became aware of the following issues which must have been the fault of the room service person(s): No towels at all, The liquid soap containers above the bathroom sink and in the shower were empty, and No tissues in the dispenser in the bathroom. NB: We followed up 5 times with the reception desk guy and on the final time and being extremely embarrassed, he brought to our room 10 minutes later, as he had promised he would, the missing towel. At that point everything had been fixed. We would stay there again.

A lot of variety of food at breakfast and the staff always replaced anything that became empty. The staff were always friendly, helpful and attentive. The beds were really comfortable and the curtains kept the light out, so you do not get woken up by the light. The room was very quiet, you would n´t believe you are in middle of the city. The hotel is also in a great location.
The hotel can not really help this, but the breakfast room was a bit small, and the majority of the tables were very close to the buffet therefore there were always people wandering around and so it was n´t that peaceful.

Very smart hotel location - at the same time it's close to the center and to the transportation routes. Clean and neat, quite spacious numbers with everything we've needed. Locker room for your bags, if you've arrived too early and the room is not ready. Modern design. Nespresso machine, free water bottle and, of course, free wi-fi.
I'd prefer an electric kettle to nespresso machine, as for 3 persons it took some time to make tea. Also we went for a walk before our check-out time, but after turnung back for our luggage - the room cards had stopped working, so we've needed to activate one of them again at the reception. One of the soap tubes in the bathroom was empty.
