Clean, quiet, spacious rooms. Lovely outdoor space. Restaurant smelt great. Good location, close walking distance to station, and to town. Nice being alittle out on the edges to try more local vibe. I arrived early and I could check in. Was able to leave bags when I checked out. Lots of nice coffee places close by, good coffee. Cute chocolate shop on the corner and a decent supermarket too to get your supplies of beer to take home.

The apartment was tidy, clean, and lovely. We traveled with a 4m old kid and everything was great. We reserved a parking space in advance, which was a very good decision because it’s hard to find a parking space on the street. There’s no elevator in the building, so we left the stroller in the car for the night. We had a minor inconvenience once but the owner has resolved our situation quickly and effectively. The food in the restaurant is also very good. From the apartment to the center is a 20 min walk and there is a big park on the way to the main attractions.

Very clean, comfortable place, spacious for family of 4. I like the management going the direction of sustainability. I also like the idea how the restaurant promote vegetarian/vegan dishes with different cuisines every month.

It will be good if there is a separate box for recycling waste.

Great written communication ahead of arrival with details for access to both the parking garage and the accommodation. Friendly hosts. Nicely furnished, comfortable and quite spacious room with coffee/tea facilities and ensuite bathroom. Wifi worked well. Good public transport and walking access into the city centre.

Staircase to the rooms is quite narrow and steep. TV is only on internet - supposedly Netflix and YouTube but couldn't access Netflix (not a great problem for one night). Ensuite bathroom is a glass cubicle with only partially frosted glass panels - little privacy.

I liked a lot the room, the atmosphere of the restaurant, the location and the caring and available staff. The breakfast although not included in the price was delicious! Thanks!

The double bed was actually two single beds together which makes it a bit uncomfortable. The toilet door could not really close, making it very intimate in the room!

Excellent instructions from our host with lots of info re travelling in Antwerp. Accomodation was good and clean.

We were in the top floor (4th floor) flat which has very narrow stairs to get to it so my elderly father struggled a bit. Not a problem if you’re younger! I’m sure they would be happy to put you lower if you needed as the hosts seem very caring.

Excellent room with comfortable beds, plemty of coffee and tea available in the room. Great communication with owners, and friendly helpful staff. The food in the Simone's Kitchen was excellent, particularly loved the breakfast.

Superb building and room was everything it promised. Big bed was comfy Great shower Parked our car in their locked garage Supermarket just down the road Great takeaway pizza close by 20 min walk to the old city with really lovely things to see along the way. Antwerp was great.

Nothing all good

We loved our stay! The room and kitchen were adorable. Both beds were comfy with beautiful sheets and duvets. The kitchen was small but functional and they provided an assortment of teas and espresso pods/machine, which was a lovely touch!! Great value for the price and having a secure spot to park our car was awesome. The only reason for not giving 10 stars is that the room was really cold even with the windows closed and the heaters wouldn’t work and the bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Would stay again for sure!

Location is good, easy access to the centre by comfy trams. Very good bedroom and bathroom, all amenities provided. And very kind, helpful people, who will arrive earlier tomorrow to help me with my heavy bag. On top, a good restaurant on the ground floor!
