Garden, SPA, breakfast.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but the wow factor and charming ambiance of the hotel as a whole don’t quite carry over into the rooms.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with everything really thought about down to the minor details. The spa was amazing and not too busy and the decor was high end with quality interiors.

The Spa was fabulous, however I paid for a 25 minute treatment which was rushed and not worth the money at all. After my treatment the massage therapist left the room, packed his bag and left all before I was even dressed which I found completely bizarre and I’ve never experienced this before. With the money you’re paying and just common courtesy in general, the therapist should have checked I was ok and provided after care advice etc but this did not happen as I was the last treatment of the day and he clearly wanted to go home. I did raise this with the hotel upon checkout.

the fees for the valet parking are considerably high noting that this is a luxury hotel and should be complimentary.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great valet/voiturier , excellent breakfast and nice large swimming pool. Ideal location in the Center of Antwerp.

Everything was perfect. The staff were all amazing, from door staff to reception and resturant staff, as well as housekeeping. The hotel itself is in a great location and is stunning. The spa and pool area was very clean and modern and in a beautiful setting.

We had an issue with our room on the first night but it was quickly rectified and we were upgraded to a better room for the inconvenience. Breakfast was very expensive extra considering price of the room.

The service was exceptional, the welcoming happened in a very professional and comfortable way, and every single employee is helpful, friendly, very professional, and very strong in the refined art of hospitality. Also the concierge is a very smart and intelligent man that is very attentive to details and this with his teams makes this hotel one of the very best in Belgium, for sure (we tried all other 5 stars).

The setting is very beautiful, the plants are gorgeous, the only thing I would change is the art inside the building, it is rather chaotic on not very refined at least in the part of the hotel with "deluxe" rooms that I saw. There were some spots on the ceiling (like a lot) in our room like an explosion of some food happened. We had a coffee machine but the espresso cups were missing. for the rest a top-notch hotel. The pop-up restaurant is not bad, but the menu had a very sour taste, which is not a problem as such, except the balance of sourness was a bit too harsh in a few dishes. We also had to wait 45 minutes between the second and third meal dishes, which is a bit too long for a lunch that could be less lengthy.

Nice reception area and welcome by staff. Breakfast was very good. Room was tastefully designed, beautiful bathroom, and lighting was very well done. Location is practical for the centre of Antwerp.

Small details, but for the level of hotel, we were surprised by them. Bed was rather hard and not very comfortable.. There were some cobwebs in the potlights and the view of the parking entrance with blue plastic bag attached to the gate was a bit disappointing for a deluxe room. The underground path to the spa also felt a bit roughly finished, like we were going to a garage rather than a luxury spa. The pool area also had a light not working and a broken floor tile.

Super friendly and professional staff. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable, respected and at home. Beautiful hotel, surroundings and perfect location in the city center, but at a quiet spot. Best hotel breakfast I ever had.

The only minor point I can think of is that we were there on the warmest day of the year, and the part where the swimming pool is in the spa, which is in a sort of glass house, was too hot to be sitting at.

Good breakfast with excellent service from the staffs of the hotel. Hotel location is wonderful as it is within walking distance to food, shopping and transportation hub in Antwerp.

A place for car park would have made it more lovelier. Other than that, no other comments on this part.

Every inch a 5 star experience! Warm welcome with sweets and a glass of bubbles in a uniquely designed lobby. Beautiful and comfortable room with a spacious shower and wardrobe. The spa is excellent, again impeccable design and great amenities. Breakfast is the cherry on the cake, wonderful staff and a superb selection of food and beverage that echoes the same care for detail that goes into the Michelin starred restaurants at the hotel.
