I recently stayed at this hotel and had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect – centrally located and within walking distance to key attractions, shops, and restaurants. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or business, you’ll find everything conveniently close. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional( Hasan , Omar, Milan). From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, every member of the team made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They were also happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions I had. One of the highlights was the buffet – absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options for all tastes. From fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties, everything was well-prepared and regularly replenished. It was a great way to start the day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel – very peaceful and restful. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and great food!

The parking location was little bit far from the hotel around 100 meters away.

The room was beautifully decorated, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom compact but nice, with a beautiful spacious shower. The breakfast was very nice, with a large selection buffet. The staff was very friendly, especially with my 6-year old daughter. After leaving we also realised we had forgotten her teddy bear in the room and the staff replied very fast to my emails, found it and mad sure to send it to us - this very very much appreciated. The position of the hotel is great, at walking distance from the main train station as well as from the city centre and in front of a very nice city park. I would choose it again for another short stay in Antwerpen.

The overall experience was very positive, however some small minus points: with the sofa-bed open (we were 3 with our 6yo child) it became impossible to use the little desk and difficult to open the fridge. Also the sound isolation of the windows could be better: in the evening there was a group of children playing outside in some of the back gardens and we could hear them very loudly although we were at the 7th floor and with windows closed. Luckily they stopped at around 10pm.

This hotel is about a 20min walk to the Central Station, but close enough to everything you need in 'downtown' Antwerp. Located in a safe and convenient area. The staff is excellent, even accommodated our last minute request of staying an extra night, for a cheaper price than listed on booking or their website. The rooms are great in size. we had 2 single beds, a chair, a desk with its own chair, a closet, and a shoe rack/sitting area. The bathroom is decent sized too, with good lighting, and toiletries. Wifi was great too, 2 people working with no slowness or issues. We didn't go to the bar in the lobby but it looked nice and always had people in it.

It was a really nice, modern looking hotel with nice decorations. Our family room on the 5th floor was really big and spacious and the bathroom was nice and spacious as well. We also had nice views to the park across the road and it was quiet and comfortable beds. We all slept really well. It’s a short stroll to the center of Antwerp. The breakfast in the morning was really good. Great selection of bread, spreads, cakes etc. The juices felt fresh and also really good tea selection.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location was ideal, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room size was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the on-site items for sale, like dental kits, shaving kits, and water bottles, which were very convenient. The hotel also offered free cold drinking water, promoting sustainability by reducing plastic waste—such a thoughtful touch! Overall, it was the perfect hotel experience, complete with 24-hour reception. Highly recommended!

Our experience had some challenges. The parking (paid !!!) was not located adjacent to the hotel, and finding it was tricky due to the narrow streets and one-ways surrounding the area. I had to circle the block twice before I finally located the parking. Additionally, accessing the parking lot with the code was a bit confusing, and I struggled to get through on my first attempt. Overall, these issues made our arrival less convenient than expected.

Good hotel close to the main train station but easy to walk into the city. The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel has a pleasant interior and is comfortable. I asked if I could be put if possible in a quiet room and much appreciated the fact that I had, with a friendly message from the manager about this. The room was big clean, and attractive, and the bed was very comfortable. Shower lovely. The breakfast was good enough. Coffee great!

Room was lovely and spacious, generally minimal external noise. Bed was huge and so comfortable. We didn't opt for breakfast, however the breakfast/restaurant area looked lovely. Staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely wanted to help their guests. Short distance to walk to the central train station and other points of interest. We notified the hotel in advance that we were visiting over my 30th birthday and we had a lovely little card and packet of biscuits waiting for us on arrival which was a nice touch. We took the train across to the Bobbejaanland theme park which was super easy to do too.

Although minimal noise most of the time, if you're a lighter sleeper and like to lie in for a while then when housekeeping were cleaning nearby rooms in the mornings it was loud enough to disturb. There were some minor signs of wear-and-tear, such as burn marks in the carpet, but nothing which actually affected our stay.

Reliable, clean, no loose trash in room, bathroom was clean. Got provided extra blanket with no issues. Bed is on the harder side. Water refill near reception. Great location. No amenities missing. Water pressure is great. Didn't try breakfast.

I wish they did something to the doors so they don't slam so hard, enjoy your 8am door slamming symphony... Also bring eye cover as the curtains are not blackout.

We didn’t know the hotel was under refurbishment so couldn’t use some of the facilities and that included dinner not available but the pizza they cooked for us was delicious. All staff were super helpful and friendly. They are all a credit to the hotel. You

Nice location, close to the centre as well as public transport. Airconditioning works well and is silent. Good breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.

We had a family room next to another family room with a double door in between. Even though the doors were closed, we could clearly hear the family in the other room and they were just talking and not making noise. This should be better.
