Nice hotel in walking distance of old town Antwerpen and the zoo. Kind welcome at the reception. Parking is available (with extra costs, but worth is for us). Very spacious rooms and nice beds and bathroom. We were happy we choose this location for our one-night stay!

Because of the location the rooms were rather noisy at night with street sounds (especially sirens), so if you're sensitive to that, bring ear plugs. The kitchen was adequate, but a coffee machine would have been a plus. Also if you require your guests to leave the kitchen as they found it, providing dishwashing liquid would be helpful.

Great location, metro is a 5 minute walk to plantin station which can bring you to the centre of antwerp in minutes, its outside all the hustle and bustle and ill be back here for when I come back to antwerp

Everything was excellent.

The apartment was perfect for what me and my partner needed to celebrate Christmas in. It had everything we needed, it was really quiet, never heard any neighbours. Really large terrace to watch the view with. The room was warm enough, so no heating needed. Good kitchen with the most basic things you need. Indoor garage to keep your car safe. Great location, supermarket just next door.

The only major annoyance was having to share the blanket and the weird water pressure, every 30 sec the pressure disappeared and then came back full blast. 701's bedroom located in a spot where the wind catches on to something that makes a lot of noise outside, so I had to use earplugs to sleep. Lacking a few kitchen tools, could use more pans, pots to choose from, things to flip your food with, peel potatoes etc. The little freezer compartment could use defrosting. No extra pillows. Some minor renovations and decorations could be done to the room to keep it looking modern and fresh. Extra price of parking was pretty high.

The duplex 2 level appartment was nice and included many cooking facilities and a lounge on the lower level The upstairs bedroom was quite spacious Breakfast was buffet style and included a good selection of items

Location and rooms are very good.

Nothing against the Hotel (I think), which is as good as advertised. When I placed the order through Booking.com, a room without breakfast is 112 or 132 with breakfast. I chose the one with breakfast. However when I checked in, I was told no breakfast. I suspect that Booking.com dropped the ball. Have nothing to prove this but I am not happy for sure. Might consider switch back to hotels.com, which offers quick return for frequency travelers.

Easy to locate, parking for motorcycle 🏍 up a ramp onto 1st level. Lift to all floors, massive apartment, big comfortable bed & lovely bathroom with walk in shower 🚿 Loved the fact I had a large balcony overlooking Antwerp. 10 minutes walk to station 🚉 & a further 10 to the old town area. Dis not take breakfast in morning. Can recommend for a stay in Antwerp.

Breakfast was 14 euros, went to a nearby Starbucks in the station.

Location of the Hotel, close to the city (a few minutes' walk to the most important sights). Kindness of the staff. Possibility of (paid) parking. The comfort of the bed could be improved, but it is my fault due to the late check-in of another person. All in all, my sincere recommendation.

Maybe we need a little more equipment in the bathroom. (room, suite 202) Shower curtain. Anti-slip mat in the bathtub....Some shelf.

Spacious apartment. Kitchenette very good but would have appreciated a toaster. Very good shower. Great roof terrace with views of the city. Convenient location near shops. Staff very friendly.

Leaky air conditioners and one of the terrace doors didn't open.

The room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The location was very good and just a few minutes walk from the underground tram that takes you to the Old Town. The hotel is also across the road from a large supermarket. Winston on the reception was excellent. He gave us lots of advice on the tram, where to go and what to see.

We were on the first floor and there seemed to be little insulation in the ceiling as we heard lots of walking around in the room above. They settled down by 10.30 at night though.

Everything great. Except: 1. Breakfast egg ,coffee and bread are great. 2. Breakfast lady is great! She asked us what time to have breakfast, so she would come early to meet our time. 3. I got a little problem with paying. But hotel allowed me to redo payment after I was back from office. It's considerate.

1. Sound-proof is to be improved. I could hear other people outside room at night. 2. Breakfast can change every the other day? so can have something different everyday.
