I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality truly stood out and set a positive tone for our stay. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options. However, the eggs were a bit of a letdown as they were overcooked and dried. Despite this minor flaw, the rest of the breakfast spread more than made up for it. We decided to try the hotel's cocktail and were thoroughly impressed. The drink was expertly mixed and tasted amazing, providing a perfect start to our evening. The swimming pool and sauna were both quite crowded, which was a bit disappointing. However, we understand that this is not something the hotel can control, especially during peak times. One of the conveniences we appreciated was the free parking. It made our stay much more hassle-free. Additionally, the easy access to the city centre by tram was a major plus, allowing us to explore the area without any difficulty. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would consider returning in the future, especially for the friendly service and excellent cocktails.

The beds were very comfortable. I think they even have some nice mattress toppers which made it comfy. Also the breakfast was really good with lots to choose from. The front desk staff were very friendly also. And because we arrived in the morning they accommodated us so we could take a nap because we just arrived from an overnight flight.

Parking in the evening was hard to find. They do have overflow next door in the basement of the business center. But most people do not know that.

The hotel is excellent. If you need to park a large vehicle easily (we were in a 6.5m long 2.5m high camper van) this is ideal. It has a large open air car park that is secure and safe. The staff at the hotel are amazing, and the facilities excellent. The food is very good with a lovely bar and outside seating area. There is a nice indoor pool and sauna area. The only slight drawback is that it is a little way out of town but there is a no.24 tram near the hotel that can get you pretty close to the centre of the city. It was ideal for us as parking a large vehicle in Antwerp would have been difficult to say the least. The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable with a smart tv - nice if you’re getting home slightly earlier with a baby as you can put your feet up and log into a movie on Netflix. Until our baby came along we would usually opt for staying more central but this hotel was so good it would be hard to think of staying anywhere else when next visiting Antwerp… book with confidence.

As mentioned, it is a bit far from the centre of town but this is a minor setback as the tram will get you in pretty close - and with one change on the tram you can get bang into the centre.. we waited 8mins for the tram… took 12mins to get near the old docks and then we leisurely strolled from there into the old town in a few minutes - no drama

What a gem! This was perfect hotel for our 2 night stay in Antwerp. Short walk to tram stop and only few stops to city centre. Room was great with big walk-in shower. Free hotel parking. It's very busy hotel and there were lot of guests during our stay. We had room service one night and eat in hotel restaurant the other night. Food was great on both occasions and staff was very attentive.

We used gym (small but ok for hotel gym) and swimming pool but it was very busy. In fact, I only stayed 15mins in sauna due to the high number of people in pool, but my partner had a swim. Hotel was busy so it was expected that these areas will be also busy. Not really a complain, it's free hotel facilities, so should appreciate they are on the offer.

The property finish was amazing. The Wine display and welcoming reception area was beautiful. The smell of the hotel collection smell was incredible. Above all the amazing reception team and duty manager who were incredible to us. We kindly asked for a room upgrade and they happily obliged. The reception team are very good, polite and friendly. Nothing everything was perfect.

Free parking was the main reason we booked this accommodation - we really appreciated that since all other hotels in the area cannot offer the same amenity. The room was very clean, modern and quiet. The staff was very helpful answering our questions and even providing toothpaste when we had forgotten our own.

The surrounding area doesn't give a good impression of Antwerp, especially Borgerhout. However there is a nice park -Rivierenhof - within reasonable walking distance. One side of the bed was a bit uncomfortable and didn't provide enough support.

Everything was wonderful. I really liked that champagne was offered at breakfast. Since I had a driver (my husband :) ), had finished my work, and we were about to head home, I crowned our stay with a glass of champagne. Everything — and I mean everything — was five-star quality. I especially loved the panoramic window in the room. There was a pleasant scent throughout the hotel. Great and free parking availability. I will definitely stay at your hotels again in the future. - The room is spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the marble flooring in the shower. The room came with all the amenities we needed. - The hotel is in close vicinity to city centre and transport stops if we didn't want to walk. - Plenty of free parking and rapid charging for a few available in the car park. - Breakfast was great with so many options for vegans and vegetarians. It was also open longer and had a omelette station.

- A trolley for bringing bags from parking would be better to avoid multiple trips to car park. - Next to impossible to get ant toiletries or pillows after 10pm.

Situated just off the Antwerp ringroad, with ample free parking, this is a high-quality hotel that offers good value for money. Our bedroom was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and quality bedding. Antwerp city centre is easily accessible by tram, about 20 minutes. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and one of the best we have ever enjoyed on our travels through Europe. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathtub was super roomy, all appliances and features were perfect. The adjustable lightbulbs are amazing and a very valuable add to the hotel room. The breakfast is absolutely worth it and delicious.

The receptionist was a bit unfriendly, and there was no shower/washing gel near the bathtub, so we had to collect gel in a mug and carry the mug to the bath. The location felt a bit unsafe and excentered from the city, but when we knew that when we booked the room.
