Outstanding hotel; 1. anticipated my early arrival prior the formal check in time by 2 hrs excellently. 2. the room; - most comfortable, high ceiling, very clean - as a visual handicapt person, several rooms available on the ground floor with no threshold and wide doors: roomdoor, bathroom and even the shower ( walk-in instead of step-in as most showers do have) - excellent matrasses 3. breakfast: - at a more than decent price, compared to other hotels (25-30% lower) ☼ - fresh made instead of buffet upon arrival in the breakfast room -containing several kinds of bread, 2 kinds of cheese, ham, several confiture and fresh yoghurt with fresh sliced fruit. Hence no old stuff or dried stuff and neither waste of food as is by buffet display (not sustainable throwing away of food...) 4. location: right in the city center, but more important ; a 2 minute's walk from the concert venue "de Casino" , realy just around the corner ! 5. the arrival and also late at night entry by a code is an excellent and safe solution

Ingrid was a great host and the hotel was right in the middle of town. Great location and lovely room. I will come back and stay there again. :)

The center of town is under restruction (main market place) and there were a lot of road work. Therefore difficult to find the hotel and finding a way around town, but that should be finished by August this year.

Everything was great! Hotel Moon was very clean, the room was spacious and very quiet, the shower huge and the bed comfy. I especially liked the little touches, like a wine glass and plate in the room, plus a mug and cup. A highlight was the most enjoyable breakfast (different every day!) I’ve ever had at a hotel. Best of all was the host, Ingrid, who was so incredibly welcoming and kind. It felt like I was visiting a friend.

Nothing I didn’t like.

The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is in a great location, on a beautiful, central street. The service was very friendly and attentive - with the very kind owner/host providing a delicious, personalised breakfast each morning. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Superb location for our needs, priced just right for our budget. Ingrid was very helpful and happy to help, not that we had any issues where we needed her help. All went according to plan during our 3 night stay.

Sint Niklaas not really a tourist place.

The tea is nice and refreshing when having breakfast, the room is nice and cozy, comfortable bed and a very convenient location in a walkable area and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Easy to reach in city center. Room was big and clean. Staff was very kind.

My room was a little cold when I arrived. It tooks sometimes to warm up. Despite that, everything was very good.

Very specials room. Normal breakfast but good service. I left my invoice copy at the hotel. I received a digital version shortly after requesting by email.

Entering the parking place with card. Good security but it will take some time to figure it out how it works.

The location is very good, in proximity of Train station. Have available a carport with access control

Didn't have water glasses available in the common space.
