I was looking for the cheapest way to stay in Antwerpen, and i found it. The inside of the building it very artistic. We got free food in the mornings, and it was all fresh and tasty. The showers and the toiltets were kinda clean, and we always had warm water in the shower.
My room mate on the first night was super bad, he was snoring very loudly and could not sleep very well. The beds, creek very noisily so if anyone makes a move its super loud. The flooring of the building is made of wood, so that also creeks loudly when people walk around. In our room, the window would not shut very well, so the wind would open it, but we put some chairs against the window to keep it closed so it was fine.

Perfect location. Right in the very centre of the city. The cathedral is right next door, so you can literally look at it from your bathroom window. The breakfast is also good, and the checkout time is decent. Not too early, like in some places...
The bunk beds in the dormitory are a bit squeaky, though the mattress is comfy. You have to make your own bed when you arrive (sheets, pillow case, duvet, etc.) For early sleepers, it can get a bit too loud on the weekends. The nightclub downstairs is open until 3AM and can get very crowded, with a lot of crowd actually hanging in front of the hostel. During the week it's fine though, the city is calmer and quieter.

The property is located right in the city centre and is therefore just a short walk away from majority of things in the city. The man at the reception was super nice and was ready to help with any questions. The showers for women are under a lock which made me pleasantly surprised as everything felt much more safe and comfortable.
The mattresses are very thin which can be a bit uncomfortable for a long stay. If you find it hard to sleep with noise around you bring ear plugs as the bunk beds can be a bit noisy and there is also s bar with live music across the street.

The hotel is very well located, right next to the cathedral and surrounded by a huge number of restaurants. It’s quiet, safe, with good beds (each one has its own individual reading light), and good lockers (if you don’t have a padlock, you can rent one for 5 euros and they refund the money when you return it at check-out). My stay was very positive. I didn’t have any issues, either with the place itself or with other travelers (everyone was respectful). I only stayed for two days, and the price felt very fair. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
The light in the men's bathroom had an issue and kept flickering nonstop. It was really unpleasant to take a shower at night; I felt like I was in a nightclub. Also, it wasn't possible to adjust the water temperature or pressure in the shower. That didn't exactly stop me from having a decent shower, but since I like really hot showers (and it was cold), it did bother me a bit. That said, overall, the facilities are very good.

The breakfast is included in the price, mixed rooms feel safe to stay at, plus, there are key-cards in place, so nobody gets in your room, if they don't live there. There are lockers in each room as well as in the basement. You can use your own lock or ask for one at the reception (deposit of 5 euro). The staff was very friendly!
Gets a bit loud on Fridays and Saturdays, as they are hosting parties for those who stay in the hostel. I would attend if I were less tired, but be prepared that in the corridors there won't be a quiet place. Also, the street itself, although the location is awesome, gets very loud in the evenings, and if someone opens a window - you can hear everything.

Mostly everything. Good price-quality ratio, free breakfast, easiness to make a community... I had to stay here for a month because I'm looking for an apartment, and when I expected a bad month, it happened to be great month. Worth the visit. Great price/quality ratio. You may even make great friendships here And if you need to stay for a longer time, it's good
Weird people. Some costumers (i'd say 10% of them) are not very well in the head. But so far I haven't experienced any violence or nothing messed up, but they're creepy for sure. Nothing new of a hostel though. Also it's hard to sleep in some rooms because there's a loud bar on the next street

You could not ask for a better location; the view from the room is superb, and the Cathedral is a 2 minute walk away! The staff is incredibly friendly and I got a room upgrade (to a female only room) for free since they had space which was very thoughtful. It was nice to get 20% off at a nearby restaurant, it added to the experience. Having breakfast included is always nice, it's one less thing to stress about. Overall very good!
It was noisy at night, but understandable since I stayed a Friday night and it's a busy area. The room smelled a bit of disinfectant and the showers only had one temperature. These were only minor things though and I still enjoy myself.

Good basic breakfast. Nice common area to have a tea and relax. Great central location.
The bunk beds were noisy when anyone moved even a little bit. I imagine they are not easy to make any more solid to avoid this kind of movement noise, but I found that a shame - I was almost scared to move in bed at night! Oh, and the bar downstairs was noisy until very late at night - fine if you are also out late, but could be tricky if anyone wanted to sleep early, and yes, on Saturday morning some people must have been checking out from the room next door and their door was slamming every few minutes, which after a short night sleep was sad- could door closing 'quietners' be fitted?

Best location ever. Just in the grote markt as part of the historic houses in that area. Comfortable bed and pillow. Great breakfast to be honest, I was expecting less due to the price, but there's a good variety of options to eat (several cereals, bread, fruit, ham, cheese, coffee, chocolate, jam, juice, milk, and so on). Shared kitchen with enogh cuttlery, plates and pants to cook, including also a microwave and 2 fridges to save your food. All this in a cute basement with the original old roof, and a TV surrounded by couches. Lockers inside the room but you need big padlocks to lock it right. Elevator in the hostel. Nice staff, always friendly and willing to help. I met Manuel who told me a bit about the hostel and the city, welcoming staff in general. I stayed 2 nights in this hostel and I have no complains, quite the opposite, I would come back to this hostel if I came back to Antwerp someday!! 😁👍

The location is perfect. The beds are perfect. The staff is perfect. The bathroom and shower area is good. They also provide free breakfast.
They should provide the tissue paper neat washbasin installed in toilet at second floor. Moreover, it is very near to the town hall. And have many bars and party place near by, so the sound from them always came to the room at night and difficulty in sleeping at night. They should do something in order to maker the room sound proof. So one can sleep in night.
