Convenient situation. Comfortable. Good breakfast.good price. Cheap parking. Ignore comments about parking from other guests.....it was close by and pretty cheap.

The breakfast was nice, loved the eggs and my daughter the pancakes. The reception staff was very friendly, all the ladies. The room was really clean, I didn't sneeze once, so no dust! Small but comfortable, no bathrobes, enough towels and spare pillows, bathroom very clean ( I'm sorry for me cleanness is the main thing ), no complaints. Even the pasta was really tasty, the staff apologised that they didn't have an extended menu, but it was enough you can always use Uber Eats for a large group.

Location is excellent, in a nicer part of town, good cafes nearby. Easy walk to De Casino band venue and station. Bed comfy, bathroom clean.

Room with old furniture. First key card didn't work, then hotel staff banging down the door at 8 in the morning to tell us we're not registered in their system (clearly their mistake). No apologies for this forthcoming.

Everything was fine, very friendly and efficient staff. Very near to the town center.

Sadly Sint-Niklaas is going through a major rebuild of the Grote Markt at the moment which meant the walk into town was not particularly attractive. I'm sure when the work is finished it will be a splendid place to visit and a stay at the ibis will be well worth the time and money.

We deffo recommend this hotel for a single night or a longer stay at Sint Niklaas - we got offered a clean and spacious room with 2 single beds, free wifi and free parking. 24/7 reception, friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities en suite made us feel very welcome!

There were road works and the nearby parking facility closed. We were able to find a parking area 500 meters away from the hotel for a fair fee.

I really like how all ibis hotels are offering the same standards that you used to. This is why I prefer ibis whenever possible. This hotel staff was also perfectly friendly, the room and bed was comfortable, and the design was also enjoyable. The location of the hotel is just around the corner after the rathaus, which is where the Christmas market is. This was a big plus since you can go and have a look, enjoy and get back to your hotel without any tiredness.

Although there were two pillows and I used both, it was too soft and low for me. I didn't bother to get up and ask for another one. Although I believe they would help..

Great location next to the fabulous market square (currently undergoing major renovation work) and just over 10 minutes walk from train/bus station. Friendly staff, decent rooms, I didn't try the breakfast buffer but coffee & croissant was fine. Room was plenty big enough.

Minor thing, personally I don't like those small pillows which give practically no head support.

Second time here. It ticks the boxes for location and value. We have already booked for next year

Bring back the fresh orange machine ! That rocked. Also no commercial toaster ? Why ? The breakfast needs more than a basic two slice toaster that takes 10 mins to toast. Cmon guys

Nothing to do with Ibis or hotel but booking.com after booking a twin room couldn’t guarantee I got one🤬 while I went with a family member I didn’t want to share a Double Bed.
