Very good value for money. The location is convenient, several minutes from the station. My room on the ground floor was not big but comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I had a good sleep.

One little thing that annoyed a little bit is that the inner yard is used as a smoking area, and my window was facing exactly that area, where there were people almost all the time.

The hotel was near the station and easy to find. It's within a minute or two of several cafés, restaurants and shops. The reception process was quick, and efficient. It was handy to have a drinks vending machine. My room had everything I needed, including a fridge which was very useful as the weather was hot when I was staying. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower.

I t was useful to have breakfast provided and there was a choice of English breakfast, croissants and breads, cold meats, salads and cereals, with tea, coffee and juice. The cooked food wasn't that tasty; I'd recommend the croissants, or if you want to save money, there are plenty of cafés on the main road. I had one small problem with my bathroom, but it was dealt with as soon as I reported it.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea, quality toiletries, and free Wi-Fi that actually worked well throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast – a fresh and delicious spread of pastries, fruits, cold cuts, and hot options that gave me the perfect start to the day. The hotel also had a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. Location-wise, Tip Inn is conveniently situated, making it easy to access local attractions, restaurants, and transport links. Despite being close to everything, it still felt like a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Overall, my experience at Tip Inn Hotel was excellent. The combination of great service, comfort, and value for money makes it a place I would definitely return to. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Belgium!

Very well located, walking distance from main City Centre. The staff at the reception was very friendly and the check-inn was efficient. We appreciated the flexibility in check-in and check-out hours, which permitted us to drop the bags early afternoon and take advantage of the afternoon in the City.

The heating didn't worked well, and the Television was not connected. We reported it to the reception desk, but no action was taken or no information was provided to us.

My wife used this hotel recently, so she wrote this: "I was really pleasant with my room. Spacious, beautifully decorated, neat, tidy. This hotel is just a short distance from Antwerp Central. Transport links are abundant around, as well as facilities such as restaurants and shops for all your needs."

Good location for nearby Central train station. Helpful staff, decent room, comfortable bed. Enjoyed breakfast too. Safe car parking (extra charge).

Problem with hot water in the evenings and nights in our room. Man at Reception was very apologetic and polite about it and offered a solution to our satisfaction.

Customer service was brillant.The room was clean and tidy and the breakfats was good value what you paid for. PROPERTY has a private parking under the neath, specially Kiran at reception did not hesitate to pay attention and help you out at any situation. My pleasure to recommend this property. Location was perfect ,3 mins from central station and easy to get all the stuffs what you need.

This unassuming hotel turned out to be perfect for my three-night stay. The room and bathroom were modern and well-designed. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had a good choice of fresh fruit. The location was walkable from the central station and well-located for local public transport. Good tip: if arriving by train, visit the tourist office at the station for a map and information. I would definitely use this hotel again.

There was a power socket in the wall which was taped together and evidently in need of renewal, but fortunately I didn't have to use it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Eden. The hotel is very well located (close to the station). The staff were friendly. And I was able to entertain a friend freely from time to time, which was really nice The room was quite spacious and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean and I had good access to Wi-Fi

Great location and hotel stayed open all the time so could come and go as pleased (Very good perk).

I noticed the gravel rooftop area outside my window was quite dirty, had leftover food etc outside on the floor which wasn't too nice to look at. Other than that inside the room was in a good, clean state :)
