We stayed in a spacious and quiet studio on the ground floor that was spotlessly clean and had incredibly comfortable beds. The room included a kitchenette with a microwave and a coffee machine (capsules), which we really appreciated. Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property and worked perfectly, including in the studio. The breakfast was excellent – varied and fresh every day. There was free access to coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, and small snacks available 24/7 – a lovely touch! The common areas were great. We appreciated the shared space where you could sit and work or relax on the large sofa. There was also an outdoor area with tables, chairs and benches. Free parking was available at the back of the building. A big plus is that you can arrive in the middle of the night – access to the building and your room is by code, which is super convenient if you're arriving on a late flight. And most importantly, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and they were available on-site in the mornings. They gladly gave us tips on where to buy food (for lunch/dinner to warm up in the microwave) and we were also able to borrow an iron when we needed one. Their motto is that you should feel at home – and we truly did! Overall, a fantastic experience – we felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is not permanently staffed, instead you are provided with a unique front and bedroom door code which you can use to access the hotel. This is valid from 1500- 1100 on check in and out days respectively. I arrived early and the cleaning lady gave me early access which was much appreciated. The room was very large and spotlessly clean with an excellent walk in shower en-suite. Breakfast is very good with excellent hot and cold choices. There is ample parking at the rear and an electrical charging point for those driving vehicles a short distance

The lack of a reception means you can't ask for advice and local knowledge about what to do or where to go.

practically nonstop check in, free parking, beautiful rooms, cozy, comfortable, clean, practical, .. Coffee in the room, common areas, refrigerator available, terrace, .. wifi .. breakfast delicious, everything tastes good, delicious coffee, peace, pleasant place, when I'm around, I'm always happy to come back... this was my fourth stay at TRUST hotel.. thank you very much..

I recommend the place. It is spotlessly clean, very close to the part of the harbor I need to visit, good breakfast and very comfortable bed and bathroom. I also recommend visiting the church of the village and the small park just below, if you wonder where the geese are.

The kitchen equipment was worn and lacking and stored in a very dificult place to reach. The bed was not so good for my taste. It was only single and it was very wobly. I prefer a bit harder mattress.

Comfortable bed, nice size room, simple but good breakfast. It also has a free rear parking which is very useful. Very nice common "living room" where there were some free drink and chocolate to drink/eat.

Obviously there is some impact on not having receptionist/staff on site..

I recommend this hotel. It is well located to reach the northern part of the harbour without any traffic and parking is super easy. I usually get the studio apartment: lots of space, the appliances and cleanness are great.

The host was approachable and very nice. Also the cleaning lady does a wonderful job. The room and the shared rooms were clean and tidy. There is also a fridge! Breakfast was nice and free lemonade and coffee is a big plus!

Loved the small fridge and the small kitchen area. Great area, very calm and quiet, before Trust hotel i was staying in the Antwerp in an apartment and trust hotel is absolute tranquility lane compared to that. Had an awesome sleep.

- Shower definitely needs some small shelf, so you have a space where to put your sponge or shower gel. - Kitchen is nice, but it needs some proper equipment, sharp knife, ladle, wooden spoon to stir your food with is a must if you want to cook, i was dissapointed that it was missing.

Everything was great, good conditions, clean, everything is there. There was breakfast in the morning. Good, friendly staff.
