Once again good experience with this hotel. Great Breakfast and polite staff. Few Minutes Outside of the city, good location

large free private parking spaces, decent and good value rooms (basic, but clean and with reasonable comfort), breakfast options available (extra fee), elevator, helpful staff, room access by code, overall good value

breakfast options in the morning are not exhaustive (it is still decent, but you do not have too many choices), not many outlets in the room (especially if you have more than 1-2 people wanting to plug their phone in to charge)

Close distance bedrooms for familly, no noise, parking included, easy free wifi, friendly and helpful staff, very confortable : very good night for everyone.

I understand it's not their job but i would have appreciated some written documentation about transportations because it is a bit tricky when you are from another country (about the park-and-ride (P+R) and the "low emission zone" in Antwerp). I had to ask to the staff and he was very friendly and after trying his best, was able to give me the best advises about it though.

I had a twin room, the room was clean, bed was comfy and bedsheets were clean.

the real issue for me is not having enough outlets for charging my devices. it was 2 outlets, 1 far away from bed at the corner of the wall, the other on the washing sink, again too far. i think they should have at least 1 beside the beds. side lights on the beds were not working. sometimes you could smell the swamp specially in the nights there is no closet but considering the size of the room thats understandable.

Great breakfast, hot water when needed, had refreshments to purchase. Nice early time when breakfast starts. Clean and a lovely shower. Really warm and cozy. Plenty of European channels to choose from. Great wifi. Quite and peacefull. Great smoking area for those who smoke. Always a friendly receptionist at the front desk. Loved it.

very convenient for us as we needed parking and did not want to enter the Antwerp LEZ. Drove next morning to the nearest P&R (5 mins) and had a lovely day in the city centre - hassle-free

nothing to dislike that we didn't expect - we knew from reading the reviews & description that the location (Port zone) was not the most salubrious and this was reflected in the clientele and general ambience, but as all we needed was parking, a bed and breakfast, this suited our needs perfectly. Hotel could be cleaner but no nasties in evidence at all - we have stayed in FAR worse over decades of adventure! And as it happens, everyone we met was either perfectly nice or completely ignored us - no complaints on that front whatever. Breakfast was VERY limited but the coffee was hot, fresh and plentiful - this was our only priority at that hour!!!!

easy check in process, and very basic but functional room which was all we needed, as we were just stopping off on the way to Calais. The guy on the desk was smiley. The room was clean too, and free parking was great.

The corridors smelt a little of cigarettes, and they were quite shabby too. Lots of dust around the edges.

Good value for money; When we arrived in the evening the service was very good and at a level. Clean room, as expected.

In the morning there was no one at the reception and it was extremely difficult to find someone, even if that someone was around. He just goes around looking at you and decided to do something else before paying attention to you; less choice of breakfast opportunities

The hotel had free parking. It suited our needs for just an overnight trip.

The shower was temperamental (boiling hot and then freezing cold). It did not stay at one constant temperature and was rather unpleasant. The plugs were very high up with no workspace below them. Meaning that whatever was plugged in was just left hanging by the lead. There was also splats of what looked like blood on the wall. Only given 1 pillow each, the pillow was uncomfortable. Could have had a couple more pegs as had nowhere to hang towels.

Large comfortable room with excellent air conditioning for a budget hotel. Very helpful manager. Excellent breakfast. Dog friendly.

Location nowhere to walk to see anything worthwhile, though suited us as easy to get on the motorway to Rotterdam. No restaurant but one in Novotel next door so no big problem.
