I chose this hotel because of its location, 1.5km gets me to the central train station, Grote Markt, MAS (600m?) and surrounding areas that I didn’t ride the tram, bus, or taxi for the duration of my stay. On my first night, I already realized how comfortable the bed is, it is by far the most comfortable in this trip compared to the one in Paris and Amsterdam, both of which are very good already. Staff are very accommodating, kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. I forgot my travel adapter so I’m delighted to find a wireless charging plate and two USB sockets for my gadgets.

The staff was super friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, although the design of the rooms was more artsy than I expected. I regret a little bit that we didn't choose to eat breakfast in the hotel - it would be far more convenient.

The room was a bit dingy and poorly lit. There was no desk lamp, which made work difficult. Coffee machine in the breakfast room served tasteless, luke-warm, insipid cappuccino. Worst coffee I have drank in ages. I would much prefer an option of plain filter coffee for breakfast but these bland machines seem to have taken over. Not all 'progress' is good.

Amazing staff! The staff were absolutely incredible—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made the stay special! The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Also the free coffee and tea was offered. The location was also excellent—close to key attractions and easy to get around. Loved everything

Can’t beat the location and value for money - very simplistic but hip hotel. Beds were comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The parking fee is a steal. There’s a Spanish restaurant right across the street that serves great food, fantastic drinks and phenomenal vibes (food until 23:00 and drinks until 1:00). When I was reading the reviews prior to booking this hotel, somebody mentioned that it’s an ok hotel for one night, but no longer than that. I highly disagree, it’s actually quite nice and definitely suitable for staying multiple nights. On top of that, the hotel has a parking garage for a reasonable price.

Even though the hotel has parking, it gets packed in the evening (first come first served basis) and the parking spots are narrow, which wouldn’t be a problem if other guests knew how to park and/or wouldn’t be a**holes. But I guess that’s not a hotel deficiency, just a Belgium one lol.

Very clean and joyfully decorated rooms equipped with all I needed for a stay. There were champoo/gel, hair-dryer and free coffee every morning. The location was perfect - only 15 min walking from the old city center, quiet and conveniently connected by tram with the central train station of Antwerp. The staff was the best, all speaking perfect English and even Spanish and always friendly and eager to help. All very educated and pleasant people. I enjoyed my stay immensely, in fact, I felt at home. Would definitely return again.

I liked absolutely everything.

I enjoyed my stay at prize even if the hotel aesthetic was slightly dated. (It sort of looked like I'd stepped into a 90's nickoledeon show.) But the room and hotel were exactly as advertised. Comfy enough bed. The staff at Prize were incredibly friendly and always eager to help. And the main attractions of the city were all within walking distance.

My only complaint might be the bathroom in our hotel room had a weird design. The door to shower opens up into the room and drips water all over the place. You can't put a towel down to step out onto because the door pushes the towel out of the way when you open it. (Which really isn't a big issue, it was just a weird design choice and slightly inconvenient.)

Hotel is located perfectly to walk everywhere within 10/15 minutes. Atmosphere there is very nice ,staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very convenient and we enjoyed so much, especially the coffee machine and tea selection 😀. Overall stay was very pleasant, our bed was sooo comfortable. We definitely recommend for anyone who is planning to stay for few nights in Antwerp like us .

The location was good. Quite a long walk from the station but reception helped us book a taxi for the return. A good stride into the centre of Antwerp, but very close to a lively area of bars and a good selection of restaurants on the waterside where we ate out somewhere different every night. Rooms were clean and minimalist. Comfy beds. We didn't have the breakfast but teas and coffees were free in the morning from the restaurant and I saw the continental breakfast and it looked good. Quiet Aircon was excellent. Wireless phone charger on one side of the bed, usbs on the other. We booked a balcony which was good. View wasn't special (the modern church next door, a tower block and road and a park just below) but very nice to have some outside space.

Very minimalist rooms with few tables, ledges or hooks and no drawers so had to put our bags on the floor and take our stuff out as needed. The 'wardrobe' consisted of 2 hangers on a 20cm rail in the corner of the room. Soap dispensers bolted to the wall with no way of knowing when they will run out (our shower one ran out on the last afternoon). Quite a long walk to the centre of Antwerp with no simple public transport options to the centre so be prepared for a fair amount of walking which might not suit everyone.

I loved our stay in this hotel. I love it's colourful contemporary design, the rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms clean and functional, and the guys at the reception sweet and friendly. Oh and dogs are welcome! Carpark under hotel is very convenient, never more so than when your battery dies, like ours did. We had to wait for RAC help and hotel staff didn't make an issue of us overstaying our check out time, which was much appreciated.

It's not the best location, and breakfast is too expensive, but cafes and bakeries are within walking distance, so we opted for morning walk and breakfast elsewhere...
