This is very convenient hotel and the location is so perfect for station and stores. The staff were really nice and kind and the service is pretty good also they we’re quick with responding if you have any questions or issue they’ll help asap. I book this hotel for 4 nights and for myself only to relax and chill but my bf also come by anytime. The wifi is also kinda fast and works well. The pricing is worth it on this hotel🫶🏼

The room 114 is okay but the door in the garden outside should be checked (I reccomend) because it randomly opened one day i woke up in morning and open curtains and its wide open its probably already been open for awhile and i just didnt notice it because i close the curtain most of time. And also there is really weird stink smell on the sink of the bathroom i think it needs some clean up and the bowl to shit also is kinda broken.

Very central, near Antwerp Central station and a few minutes walking from the main pedestrian area. The room was big, the matress and pillows very comfy. the bathroom was clean and towels and amenities were fine. Luggage storage, digital check in and check out were very easy using the computers in the lobby. You can have breakfast at the cafe inside the hotel or you can eat yours in the common area of the hotel, using the common kitchen and tables.

We stayed 5 nights, the maid came in only once. I don't care about making the beds or leaving me fresh towels, but the bin in the bathroom was too smal to use for 3 days. So, more often cleaning or a bigger bin for sanitary products would be fine. Also, the tv, didn't have any local channels, didn't have netflix, just some apps that you don't need. Ok I was there for holidays but I would also like to watch my team in the Champions League, even if it was in French or Dutch or whatever language

Good location, especially convenient for the station. About 15 mins walk to the Grote Markt. It’s quiet around here. The room is pleasant and clean. I had a balcony room on 6th floor and it was a good size. The balcony is more like a terrace. Air conditioning worked well.

This is one of those hotels where everything is pared back. Don’t expect pictures on the walls, kettles or coffee machines in the room. Similarly, check-in is on a screen with a code. There is a member of staff in a little office at the back but this whole experience is soulless. Breakfast doesn’t look like it’s worth bothering with - cramped little cafe and not enough staff to make the queue move fast. However that’s how they keep the price down and overall I felt the room was good value.

Excellent value for money!! The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet street. The room was spotless and the shower and toilet were perfectly clean as well, with no trace of mold or anything similar. Plenty of fresh towels were provided. I really appreciated convenient luggage storage. On top of that, I even received a complimentary room upgrade! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were stylishly and modernly furnished. Check-in was easy with the self-service machines and the hotel’s response time was impressively quick. Overall, a fantastic stay, I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel's location, while not central to a number of the heavily touristed sites in Antwerp, was located in a place that made accessing those sites by foot pretty easy. The hotel is also close to the trolley lines--convenient for those who prefer that mode of local transport (and it's possible to buy tickets online). I liked the ease of check-in, the spacious lobby with plenty of seating at simple tables and chairs, the CLEANLINESS OF MY ROOM, and the comfort of the bed(s). These factors make for a trouble-free, low-cost stay. The decor is twenty-first century industrial -- concrete ceilings, a kind of straw mat carpet underfoot. Not objectionable. There is a cafe adjacent to the lobby where you can buy a simple breakfast or lunch. I did this only once. And also, though there are no 'free' television stations, I could easily connect my ipad to the television screen wirelessly.

I suppose many would prefer a more 'present' staff. I think the hotel keeps costs down by performing check in and check out with a machine, but the nearby office is staffed if the machine doesn't entice the traveler. The hotel also keeps prices down by providing only the simplest amenities in the rooms. I travel with a very small kettle, so the lack of a kettle in the room doesn't bother me. There is also a kitchen on the main floor, and available laundry facilities, for those who need those home-ier services.

The place was modern and clean. The room with a balcony was very spacious, the balcony was great and the bathroom was nice. The partner cafe provided a good selection of good quality food and I particularly liked the small kitchen area for use outside of the cafe’s opening hours. The location of the hotel was perfect for getting to the central station and to walk into the town centre, while being in a quiet location.

The water pressure in the shower was a little weak but I suppose that could be expected given the room was on the top floor! Also, the floor was quite hard when walking barefoot or kneeling down to pack bags and there were no rugs or mats.

I liked how close it was to everything, as a young solo traveller it was important that I was close to everything especially a nice 10 minute walk to the station! Not to mention the shop just behind it, I only found out in the 2nd day, very handy for being able to get a few snacks before bed.

Well the walls arent the cleaniest but it wasnt a huge problem. I mean this one is on me haha, so I stupidly forgot about being able to put the room card into a place that turned the lights on, I only found out when I randomly came across a TikTok. Not the hotels fault btw

I was at a conference in Antwerp and stayed at the Citybox Hotel. I was very satisfied; the value for money was good. The rooms were clean, there were plenty of towels, and the lobby was also perfect for meetings or a coffee break. I was surprised by the small kitchenette with a refrigerator in the lobby, which served cheap coffee. I lost one star for two things: my balcony room on the top floor had a lot of pigeon droppings, and the green areas between the balconies were overgrown with weeds. The drains in the bathroom also smelled bad (which seems to be a general problem in Antwerp, though). All in all, it was a great stay, and I would come back anytime.

- Very good location - 10-minute walk to the city center and 10-minute walk to the central station (train) - Easy check-in via counter - Staff on-site and helpful - Rooms clean, tidy and spacious enough - Breakfast room and breakfast buffet appealing - I didn't use it, though, as it cost an extra €14 - but it's worth it once in a while

- The beds need some work - they're generally comfortable, but it's a better couch with quite thin mattresses that aren't secured/guided to the bed with a sheet or similar, and thus slide back and forth overnight. To exaggerate, half the mattress was on the bedside table in the morning - this doesn't affect comfort, but it is a bit annoying - Otherwise, everything was fine

The location was good. Close to the main bus station and 10 min walk to Central Station..the room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Restaurant is separate so pay separately for breakfast. Was staying for work so didn't have time to eat breakfast but it looked like there was a few options. There was also a kitchenette area in the lobby where guests could make tea/coffee, dishes and cutlery and heat up food.

It is self check in and kiosk not working when I arrived. It was late but there was still a member of staff available who helped but if any later she would be gone and the office closed.
