Large comfy (firmish) bed, spacious room with desk, light and airy. Blackout curtains. Rooms were functional rather than luxurious, but pleasantly decorated. Bathroom was functional. Designers take note - small Mosaic tiles make it difficult for cleaners! Room was cleaned/bed made daily. Breakfast was continental/buffet style - not extensive but more than adequate. All staff were genuine, friendly and helpful Food generally was of a good standard and priced accordingly Location was 10 min walk ish to the trams - perfect. Parking on site. Lifts all working We stayed for 4 nights and it worked perfectly. No frills hotel with lovely staff (special mention to Alex in the bar!).

There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor between the lift and our room at a particular point - no idea what it was, but was only in one particular place and didn't affect the room or anywhere else! (we didn't report it, perhaps we should have done!) Another hook for coats on the wall in the small hallway would have been welcomed for bulky wet winter coats. The option to request a "bath sheet" sized towel for us larger ladies would have also been welcome :) The sofas in the bar are not very comfortable which is a shame - we would probably have stayed longer!

Large enough room for 2 of us in a twin room. Quite a modern room with quirky lighting. WiFi was excellent. Car parking all around the hotel and always found a space to park in. Near the bus stop so could leave the car behind and catch a bus into the city centre.

The fire alarms had tissue stuffed in them, not sure if it was from previous occupant but not the safest. Stayed for 2 nights but couldn’t eat in the hotel restaurant the first night as they were using the restaurant for a big group. Hotel is in the middle of a business park by residential buildings so not really near anything.

The hotel offers a perfect opportunity to rest well on a business trip. The staff is professional and nice. The day after Inwas in a hurry and didn’t had time to breakfast. I asked if I could buy a croissant “to go”. They were flexible to offer me a croissant + an extra, and a coffee to go, for a very very amazing price and a smile. This showed me that they truly understand business people needs. I will return!

Great hotel for a stopover as you travel further into Europe. Have stayed here before and as always, trouble free check in and great service from staff. Was a Sunday when I was there so quiet to boot.

It was a little understaffed, but for a Sunday that is normal. The staff member on duty did a superb job even when the bar became busy and she was having to run back and forth.

Very nice place, great parking included. Everything good. Helpful staff. Apartment great for over night stay.

The beds are... not comfortable.. it is on the wheels or something and it still moving around room some how... It was uncomfortable. Very noisy doors closing - I can hear almost everyone to close the doors.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms; when we reported a problem the staff dealt with it quickly and effectively

The room doors were quite scruffy, and the corridor carpets were a bit tired and looked quite dirty (although the room itself was fine); breakfast was extra, and fairly expensive. There wasn't much milk for the tea and coffee provided (and the kids didn't have any), and this wasn't replenished on the second day of our stay

The location was really good. Took the bus from the central station and 5 or 6 stops and you arrive. Staff also are very friendly. Room was clean. So it is good value for the money that you pay. And it was cheaper than other hotels. Also you can take Uber and they pick you up at the entrance of the hotel.

Corridors are a bit smelly. But that was not that bad.

The staff were excellent as were the cleaners as the room was very clean every day.The shower was very good with plenty of towels.

The hotel was quite far from the town centre and pretty hard to find.The bar closed at 23.00pm and with not many alternative nearby I think 1.00am would have been a better choice

Place is easy to find and its actually like a hotel with its own caffe and nice reception. The beds are very comfy and the shower is great. Very good value for money :)

The bathroom didn't have a toilet brush and there wasn't enough toilet paper. Only two rolls and one roll was already halfway finished when we arrived.

I asked for an early check in, they said it can’t be done, i understant the situation, after 2 hours a couple came in gave them the room and i was still waiting for my room, after inasked for my room the lady from front desk said “tea is ready frok half an hour ago, but you did not said anything”… i was staying in the lobby whole time
