Very good breakfast, large room with balcony, friendly and helpful staff.

A bit worn out facility. The windows were not sealed and the cold wind was going inside the room via multiple gaps in the window frame. The heating eliminated the cold inside the room but from economical and ecological point of view not very efficient.

Great family owned hotel with an excellent location at the main square of Edegem, comfy rooms and quite neighborhood. I would also like to mention great staff that called me day before I was leaving to check when I would like to have a breakfast because they remembered that I leave early and on that day they were serving breakfast later due to the holiday. Although I said it's not a problem to skip the breakfast they have insisted and made it at desired time.

Everything was as expected and more then that.

Breakfast was good, decent room size and a nice balkony. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. The substance of the hotel is clearly getting on in years, but I feel the people working there do everything they can to still provide a very good experience.

It is not close to the train station, busses do not go there frequently, so I had to walk a lot to get around, as I had no car. The options for groceries and restaurants nearby are very limited. Part of the interior would need a revamp.

Super friendly staff, clean spacious room and a good breakfast selection

The parking isn't guaranteed as it is a public car park opposite the hotel. You get two hours for free and parking from 6pm - 9am is not charged. As it is located in the centre of town there is not always a space available.

Pleasant experience at this slightly outdated hotel facilities. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. All we needed for a short break. We especially loved the breakfast offer and the kindness of the staff.

The hotel facilities interior could use a refurbishing to become more 'on trend'. Nevertheless, this didn't really influenced our opinion on the experience.

One of the best things about our stay here was the staff, they were really lovely and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Good location. Our room was clean and tidy, had everything we needed. The bed was huge and very comfortable! We definitely recommend staying here at this family run hotel. They really do make it something special.

Comfortable and quiet room. The temperature was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Two bus stops are very close by. A nice walk to Saunatopia. Fresh towels daily.

Parking was outside the hotel on the small car park opposite or on the off road parking bays. Was busy in the evening. But we did park.

Stayed for a long weekend with a car club. Loved the rooms, comfy clean and of a great size, shower worked well. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nice little bar on site. Secure parking for us. The breakfast selection was brilliant and the location was good too. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Good hotel for one / a couple of night(s), when visiting the Antwerp area. Friendly staff, easy going and spacious rooms. Good breakfast and easy parking in front of the hotel as well.

The rooms at the front can be bit noisy in the early mornings.
