The location is great. 15 min walk to the train station, where from you can catch a train to Brugge (11 min journey) and further. It is a perfect spot for those who like long walks and beautiful views as it is located next to the beautiful North Sea coast and on a large promenade. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and of great visual appearance.

The towels were not provided. More precisely, I received a phone call from Holiday Suites and, above everything, they explained that I am able to bring my own towels or to reserve it for additional charge of 8,50 €. I see it as an issue as this was not communicated prior to the booking made. No hand soap, no body wash gel / hair shampoo provided. No large cups for Nescafe and larger coffees. No tea bags or coffee bags for the guest. Dirty windows. All of this except the windows are minor undergos, but it is just the standard that I am used to when I book hotels or apartments. It cannot be 10 rate because of this but generally, it is great

Nice little comfy studio. Everything was totally fine with the property. Easy check-in with a code.

I didn't like that the property asked for private data. There's a reason I use booking.com as my preferable booking tool, it's simple. I book, pay and go. Here, telephone calls, mails, text messages on top of the booking.com service messages, requests for home address, email address - all unnecessary. Lots of hassle for one night stay.

The apartments were very nice, we had 1 room for 2 ppl which had a big double bed, a living room/kitchen area, balcony, bathroom, dining table and coffe table, and another room for 4ppl which had a double bed, a private room with bunk beds, kitchen/living room area, balcony, dining table, coffee table as well as storage place in both rooms. The rooms are keyless which was great as we didn't have to worry about forgetting or losing our key, the location is AMAZING, is literally across the beach, in a nice quiet area, with loads of restaurants and bars around. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Parking is not free but there are spaces across the beach which if you're lucky and find a space you can park in front of the apartments (we did!) and it costs €25 per day. Our stay was great and would definitely come back!

The location was just great! The room was quite big and really comfy! The kitchen was properly organized and the room was really warm even though the outside was around 0 degrees.

Clean and cosy apartment, good kitchen facilities. Sea view from the window. Very close to the center and restaurants. We've booked partial sea view, but received the full sea view, which was a pleasant surprise.

Apartment was in the 1st floor, so we could hear cars at night. There is no reception, no-one met us, so some welcome was missing. We haven't noticed that towels are not included, so wasted so much time in searching to buy them (it was no point to pay for rent 8 Eur).

Did not tell that we have to bring soap, shampoo. TV did not work, but we got an extra hour for the apt.
