The hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from the beach and within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was modern and equipped with all the essential amenities. Opting for a sea view room was definitely a great decision – the view was stunning!

The room was quite cold and took a long time to heat up. The pillows were terribly flat, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the water glasses and cups in the bathroom were not properly cleaned, and there was noticeable dust on the bathroom floor.

Great location right on the beach. Excellent staff. The parking is convenient although the places are really narrow. The family room was big enough and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Breakfast choices were plenty and it was very tasty.

Breakfast was too expensive especially for kids. Worth it only for adults. Also, cleaning in the rooms was a bit superficial.

C Helios is right on the beach front. We arrived early and as my husband is disabled they gave us a bigger room, with sea view ! I was over the moon. The room was bright and modern, with a fantastic shower. There is a nice little spa, I had a peak, but we did not use it. The breakfast in the morning was awesome. Not included in the price, but 20 € per person well spend.

It is stated that the hotel has a parking, which was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. but after booking I got a mail, that only small cars can enter. My car was probably too big. I did not try it out, as it was low season we found a disabled parking spot not too far, for free. But this should be mentioned maybe earlier?

Parking navigation is for pro's only, no sarcasm. One elevator means you might be waiting for a ride, but it's the coast - no rush... Sound protection between the rooms could be better. No fitness room, only a wellness zone

The staff were a credit to their organisation and had a wonderful feel for the little details that could add to guest experience. They went into a lot of trouble to explain things at check in. Very nice to be remembered from last year’s visit. Flexibility shown about parking when I checked in too.

If one is being ultra critical, the price would be relatively expensive for some, but one does not mind that too much if well looked after during the stay.

We loved our stay at the C-Hotels Helios in Blankenberge. It’s literally steps to the beach. Lots and lots of restaurant options and shopping in any direction you dare to venture. Breakfast was offered on site and was excellent! Service at the hotel was exceptional - the hotel manager onsite at the front desk was so nice and helpful at all times. Merci!! Room was spacious (2 adults and 2 kids) with a bunk bed.

Quality worth of a 4-star hotel! Very clean, new, spacious. Sea view is charming. Also wonderful views from 10th floor. The designer clearly thought well the space usage: the wardrobe is spacious enough, the bed comfortable and large enough. Free water bottle every day, coffee amenities. Reception very pleasant.

Great location next to the Sun Beach, first line with terrace on the roof. Incredible view from the sea view room - sunset side - you can meet it just in your room. Light grey interior, fit well to the view. Coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was full, delicious pancakes.

I would appreciate sleepers and bathrobe included. Also i can hear some sounds from other rooms and first line on the sea means load music in the beach club till 11pm

Friendly and knowledgeable staff both before and during stay (especially about local parking). Good size room with plenty of storage space. Breakfast with wide choice and good value.

Only problem was plug in wash basin.

Just the right amount of breakfast options, both savoury and sweet, good coffee and the possibility of enjoying your breakfast with a sea view! The staff (Tim especially) were really friendly, the hotel very clean and very well-located, right across the beach. We had a lovely stay!
