Nice size room and bathroom (ground floor, actually possibly a mobility room as shower cubical was very large). Nice shower! Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the resturaunt and staff were great finding a sparkler / candle as it was my wife's birthday. Breakfast had a great choice (but you paid a premium price so expected it)! Liked the option of the wellness area although we didn't get time to use it (not that inviting with a hand-written "out of order" sign on one of the two jacuzzi's). Plenty of onsite parking which is always nice.

More care required by clearning staff - I cleaned (with soap & toilet roll) some marks on the toilet seat which had been missed, not impressed by that. The sound of traffic could be heard but we'd have to upgrade our room choice for something quieter (I felt we were paying enough for a room which didn't include breakfast so didn't wish to pay more). It wasn't intrusive, you were just aware of it.

The hotel was in a very good location for a visit to the historic city of Brugge by car. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had one of the finest restaurants around. We were able to dine outside on a sunny patio and enjoyed our meals and fine wine selection.

The town of Brugge, itself gets rather crowded and it can be difficult to find available parking. Fortunately, the hotel is some distance from the city center and it is quiet and peaceful there.

Excellent place that I would recommend to everyone being in Bruges and around. We had troubles with getting to the hotel in the evening, as our car broke down, but the reception manager and hotel stuff surprised us with their hands-on approach - they really stepped up, welcomed us very friendly, and really made us feel like home even in the troublesome moment of our trip. The dishes in the kitchen both for dinner and breakfast are excellent. I have never had such a tasty salad + brunch in a hotel. Big plus for diabetics-friendly and lactose-free options. The room was also super, very spacious, flawlessly cleaned, with interesting design of John Lennon and a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed our time in the sauna.

Every time I travel to this region in Belgium, I stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. They allocate me the room which I like, if it is available. Parking spaces are plenty. The hotel bar and restaurant is always a joy to spend the evenings and staffed by a super professional team. There is a 'can do' attitude everywhere.

Great location and our room was spot on. Food and drink areas also good as was the service and the bar was very well stocked, food was good.

The out door patio area. Very close to a busy, busy road so extremely noisy. Would be a simple task to put a noise barrier at the perimeter of the hotel grounds to screen out some noise.

Great hotel, great food, great beer, the rooms are huge, there is free parking and there is a sauna, what else do you need.

The motorway! If only they installed a fence or glass panels to stop the noise from the motorway, it's a real shame as the outside space is amazing, but the road noise is terrible.....

Beautiful room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Breakfast delicious and so plentiful! Dinners lovely. Enjoyed using the terrace for drinks.

Road was a little noisy at times, but I understand there isn't anything you can do about that! Also it would have been nice to have more gardens to sit in

The only minus was the bathroom smelled bad in one of the rooms. Otherwise everything was fine - excellent breakfast as we already knew from previous stays. Easy parking. Friendly staff

Arrived in the early hours of the morning due to delays. We were greeted with a firndly smile by Lucas who was very helpful and also help us with the vending machine for much needed refreshment. Plenty of parking The room was quiet and very comfortable and clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were very welcoming. The room was super comfortable with a lovely modern bathroom. The food in the restuarant was also very good quality. Breakfast buffet was very varied and top quality, both food and beverages. It is a very handy stop off for travellers heading off further south after crossing via Eurotunnel.
