Lovely hotel. Approx 10/15 minute walk into the main area of Bruges. Modern hotel and very clean.

Not easy to find the hotel entrance when arriving by car. Sat nav sent us to the ground level but you have to enter via the multi-storey car park. We stayed for 2 nights and our approach to the hotel was different every time. There are lots of different stairs, lifts etc and we still didn’t work out what was the best way to get to the lobby, especially with a pram. The lifts from the multi-storey were not pleasant. There was a mound of what looked like cat litter to clean up faeces and vomit and it was there for at least 24 hours. This is not the fault of the hotel but if there is a better way for guests to enter the hotel, it should be made more clear.

Great location, next door to station with parking at a reasonable 8 euros for 24 hours. We walked into the main square in 20 mins and that was with children in tow! Hotel is super clean, fresh water and fruit available in the lobby. The breakfast was great with a vast selection of drinks, pastries, fruits, cereals, cooked options such as boiled and scrabbled eggs, bacon etc

Only option if you don’t drink cows milk was soya. Would have been nice to have a choice of oat/almond/coconut milk of similar. Our room had no shower gel HOWEVER not really a negative because when we mentioned this at reception someone was up and replacing it within less than 10 mins. The staff were great and very attentive so do ask if you need anything.

The breakfast was amazing. The prices in general are quite high in Bruges so I would highly recommend paying for breakfast included, it is worth it. The room was comfortable and clean and it was close to the train station (about 20 minutes walk from Bruges historic centre).

While the breakfast staff were very nice, the staff at reception were not outstanding, breakfast times were not noted at check-in as it normally is. The view out of the room was not amazing either (overlooking train tracks) however that is the con of being close to the train station.

We visited Bruges during Christmas break with our kids in order to visit the Christmas markets. The hotel is situated in 20 minutes walking distance from the center, but we knew that and we prefer a modern stay with more amenities than staying in. an older hotel in city center. The room was really spacious even for a family and the bathroom was modern and comfy. The breakfast had great choices and the restaurant dinner was excellent. The hotel was very nice decorated and offered parking spots right outside.

We would like to check in a little bit earlier and faster. The gym wasn't so well equipped comparing to other hotel gyms I have visited.

The property was close to the station so we could leave our bags while we explored Bruges. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms clean. Reception was very inviting in terms of the decoration, staff and the amazing smell. It was great that you could help yourself to fruit, maps and water in reception.

The property is a few minutes walk from the station and about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Bruges, which is what we expected but could be perceived as a negative if you aren’t aware beforehand. I’m not sure how much I’d enjoy walking to the property at night on my own as while Bruges felt very safe, the outskirts are just so quiet. In the day you wouldn’t think twice, you feel very safe.

Cleanliness, staff hospitality and cooperation All of them , receptionists and bar tenders. Location near the central station 2 m walkable with direct way away from the traffic, with ramp for luggages

Location little bit far from city center but still it’s a nice walk I didn’t like the cupboard “ cabinets “ handles , it’s sharp and could hurt if you didn’t pay attention or if the kid are moving fast, The window can’t be opened, i don’t know whether it’s only few room ms like that or the whole hotel, Because my friends’ room was also like that

The property was clean, and located in a relatively quiet urban area, adjoining the Centrum Station Parking garage. It's a short walk away from two major parks, and just far enough from the tourist hustle of downtown Bruges that you'll get a change of scene. The restaurant was modern, and there was a hearty breakfast spread.

The shower buttons in our room were switched, so the hand shower activated the rain shower, and the other way around for the rain shower button. Let's just say that you won't need a morning coffee if you hit the wrong button :)

Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Location was just outside the city centre, so a short Uber ride was useful. Witnessed (what we assumed an annual) Christmas city run - great to see! The Christmas lights and trees were very pretty. There was a winter light festival that weekend, so a couple of Christmas markets were great to visit- was very busy on the Friday night. Overall great visit.

The restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening, which was unfortunate. Coffee machine could use some instructions! A lack of hooks in the room - we got caught in the rain and there was nowhere really to hang wet coats.

Modern hotel on the edge of the old city centre, easy to get to by car or train, parking for only €6.50 on parking deck right in front of the hotel. Still quite new hotel with stylish decor, friendly staff and smooth check-in. Comfortable room with good bed, amazing shower, individual temperature control, and with the lights, switches, sockets in the right places. Good value for money.

The only thing that could have been better was that it wasn't explained that if we left our car there a little longer on the day of check-out, we would be charged extra for every hour we exceeded the 24 hours. It was fine, we still only paid about €10 to park from 1pm to 4pm the next day, but we would have liked to know in advance.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows and duvet were very good. We asked for a cot in our room and it was in good condition but a very basic comfort level so consider taking something your child is used to for a good nights sleep!

The bathroom shower supplies were empty unfortunately and the shower easily flooded the bathroom as the drain could not keep up with the shower. Had to use a rolled towel to keep water from spreading across the bathroom. There was a cupboard above the minibar that was just at the wrong height and easy to catch your head on when standing back up straight from using the fridge.
