The room was large and comfortable. We had two sinks in the bathroom, which was a bonus. The hotel was located in a lovely square with plenty of restaurant and pub choices, and was very close to a main street with more choices and shopping. We happened to be there on an unseasonably cold June week, but the room was plenty warm. Not sure how it would be on an unseasonably hot weekend, although the room had a fan and windows which opened. The location was a short walk to the train station and was not too far from the main square. Also, they did have luggage storage which was nice.

When the website states there are toiletries, I assume there are shampoo and conditioner. There was only that bright pink soap you see in gas station restrooms to be used for everything. Yuk. For the price, I expected better. Also, there was a family in the room above us, which got quite noisy with the little ones running around.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in walking distance to all of the tourist attractions and also there are many nice restaurants and supermarket around. Despite being on a busy square, we didn't hear loud noises at night. The bed was big and comfortable. The sheets were clean. Wifi is working very well. Self check in was very easy.

We stayed in room no 3 and it was very very hot in the room. The room is facing to west, receives direct sunlight the whole afternoon and becomes like oven. The fan was not enough to cool it down. The cleaning could also be improved, the floor was dusty. And it would be good to receive fresh towels everyday.

Very central, you can reach all main attractions within minutes walking. The room and the bathroom are spacious and clean

In general we had a good experience, we had a short stay and all we wanted was a room big enough for us, clean and very central. As the price I find it is not the lowest, I would have appreciated a little more attention to the details. Example: you can find at the entrance of the door some detergents for the room. The bathroom has no hand soap or any other complimentary accessories, only one soap in the shower. Small things could be improved, overall good experience

Generally, the whole staying period in that hotel was very comfortable and it was an special experience because of it’s location which is Bruges the fascinating city ! The hotel also overall is good.

Some of the stuffs like slipper and hand soap didn’t exist in the room and one other important thing is that the circuit box in the room was making noise periodically , this led to be anxious us because we thought that it could be a dangerous due to the fire risk.

Excellent location, good room and bathroom.

Pillows and the mattress were very hard/uncomfortable. So much so that we had to buy a pillow for my wife! We also used the thick winter blankets as mattress covers: we put them both on top of the mattress to make it softer. That worked and after that we could sleep very well. The service was a little unreliable (for example we asked for the shampoo one day but got nothing). So we just bought some ourselves. You would think that those things would be provided but in the end those were minor inconveniences that we resolved.

The location was perfect, rooms were of a good size, and clean. Re the area, .my grandchildren thought it was like stepping out into a fairy tale when we exited the building.

We booked two rooms, we found it to be basic accommodation for the money. The double room had no wardrobe or place to put clothes. Tvs didn't work in either room.and one of the sinks was cracked.

Spacious room with a large bathroom, including a full bathtub. It's located in the heart of the city and is walking distance to all the attractions and the train station. There are lovely food options nearby and an amazing historic brewery nextdoor. The view from the room was quite nice. Check-in and checkout were very convenient (no contact) and the Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. The heritage elements were gorgeous (exposed wood etc).

The room got very hot at night and was absolutely swarmed by mosquitos. The key code system was a bit difficult to remember with frequent comings and goings.

The room is so beautiful overlooking the buildings, the style of the toilet was how it was in the olden days and very special. We stayed for one night and absolutely love the place. Check in was easy and code was given to us days before check in. The nespresso machine worked fine. It is very central and every tourist spot was walking distance

Bit squeaky and could hear other people in the next room coming in and out but there’s nothing the host can change

Convenient location within walking distance from the station and attractions. Check in/check out is done remotely. Communication with the host made this easy. We were able to store our luggage after check out free of charge. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom and found it to be comfortable and quiet. The room is also very spacious.

Hand soap was missing in the bathroom (had my own so it was ok). TV remote didn’t work

This was a wonderful place to stay. About a 5-10 minute walk south of the main square in Bruges, which made it an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go - including that main square/Belfry area, the train station, Minnewater, and literally next door to the delicious De Halve Maan brewery. The room was spacious, clean, and easily the best value of the places we stayed on our trip. The hosts were charming and easy to reach, without being overbearing or in-the-way. Highly recommend!

There was a minor amount of noise coming from the street. Otherwise, no issues at all!
