We ( my husband and I, my adult son and his girlfriend and my adult daughter, had a 3 night stay for my husbands 70th Birthday. We had 2 junior suites and a superior double in the main house. All of the rooms were beautifully spacious, well decorated, and very clean. Soft fluffy robes, slippers and gorgeous toiletries. The reception staff were helpful and provided us with a map and information about interesting areas to visit. The hotel was in a great location, in wonderfully tranquil quiet street yet only a 15/20 minute walk to the main Belfort square. We did not experience the breakfast, so cannot comment on it. However we did feel that at €30 a head so €150 for our family it seemed a little expensive. There were only 2 minor issues with the rooms, firstly selection of pods with the coffee machine were a little hit and miss! And there were rarely sufficient creamers!! And secondly the room came with only 1 bottle of complimentary water, which I feel was just filled by the tap as the bottle did not look that clean! It was not exchanged on the 2nd day in any of our three rooms. When my son asked at reception - he was told that it would be an additional charge !!! we purchased 2lt bottled water for all three rooms from a supermarket on the main square. As we used this to fill the coffee machine reservoir. As it was very awkward trying to fill it from the bathroom sink taps!

The hotel has part of the rooms located separetely from the main building across the beatiful garden. We have been allocated in such room. Our room had induvidual entrance. The room was very decent sizewise. It has table and chairs in front of the window overlooking the garden, best place to have morning coffee. I loved the bed and bed linnen. The matress was so comfy, it felt like i was sleeping on the marshmellow

The whole hotel, inside and out has been beautifully designed. Take a period building and tastefully bring it up to a high specification. The two rooms I saw, the showers were perfect for less abled visitors looking for level access to shower facilities. The decor was stylish and practical. The Resturant was very special and must be tried during your stay. The fridge in the room was just right. Not too big but just right to keep the chocolate in perfect condition to travel home. The gardens were just perfect, and we can’t wait to return to see it all in summer should the occasion come.

The bedding was ‘eco friendly’ natural cotton…. However it was very uncomfortably warm to sleep on and under. The car park was pricy but very convenient and secure so actually worth it for convenience and peace of mind. I have mentioned that the Resturant for evening meal was outstanding, however, the breakfast is in need of a rethink. The little sausages, thin bacon, tomatoes and the baked beans are in no way kept warm with the heavy pots being made hot with tea lights. The egg selection was fantastic but bringing the whole thing together rather than far apart maybe an option.

The location is excellent close to many of the places to visit when in Brugge. The hotel is situated in quiet surroundings, and has its own car park, and garden. The bed was comfortable, and the room has air conditioning. The room I stayed in was in an annex at the rear of the garden, which meant the it was quiet and not bothered by street noise. The breakfast was good, although at extra cost. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was shown to my room and an explanation of how things work was provided.

The rooms were modern and super comfortable! We loved our stay. Every attention to detail was made and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning. The hotel was also incredibly close to the center Markt but far enough away that it was peaceful from the crowds.

The room was close to the road which did mean we could hear people if they were being loud at night or driving past.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Hotel was spotless, beautifully presented and modern. The room had lots of amenities provided and was too a good standard.

In the smaller rooms out the back in the garden (where we stayed) the walls are extremely thin and we could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room. The bed was two single beds pushed together and not secured so a gap very close easily formed between the two beds

The hotel was lovely with very helpful staff, we stayed in the garden rooms. As it was the Christmas Market we could walk into the centre in about 10 minutes, a nice scenic route,but away from all the crowds when we went back to the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel as we walked out but the Restaurant looked very nice and was busy every evening. Has a secure car park and a lovely garden if the weather is good to sit out.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like, my only thing to mention would be that the rooms vary in size and our friends room was quite tight so may be worth checking when booking if that's important.

Location v gd…. Getting cab was diff on that day… so walked… cobblestones made it a bit diff… Hotel v cosy n comfortable… Rooms a bit small… esp the garden view ones… The tea/ kofe machines were gd… wires a bit small… so had to juggle a bit! The TV position a bit wrong… at head level… so can hit you if not careful… recommend to change it! Breakfast delicious… kind of makes up for everything! But for the cost… rooms shud be a bit spacious!

Only 10-15 mins walk from the train station, this hotel is the right side of town if arriving by train. It’s located down a quiet street, whilst also being 5 mins walk from the centre. We were lucky enough to have good weather and enjoyed relaxing in the hotel garden after a days sightseeing.

Drinks at the hotel/mini bar are expensive. But similar to any hotel.

The room was great. Even though it was only a basic room, it was really nice. The location in the middle of the old city is just perfect for getting to and also being very close to everything. The parking is quite pricey, but quite secure and you can keep the car there until 18:00 on check out day which is fab!

The breakfast is quite pricey at €30 so we walked out to the city for that so I can't comment on whether or not it might have been worth is or not.
