My partner and I would both highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the centre of Bruges - everywhere is within walking distance of the hotel and the room itself was absolutely lovely! We stayed in the donut room which had an incredibly comfortable king sized bed. We were both very impressed with how efficient the staff were with giving us all the information we needed despite them being based off-site.

The only thing I would say is that I could hear everything from the street below throughout the night when the windows were open, but I still managed to sleep through this - my partner didn’t hear a thing so he has no complaints at all!

The location is extremely convenient, steps away from main plaza and centrally located around the main tourist spots , the rooms have a good size and the contactless check in is extremely convenient.

The only detail I can think of is that the existence of an elevator is a little misleading, there is such a lift, but it's not intended for personal use, rather a luggage lift, which can make a person with limited mobility a little difficult to access the rooms.

The location is perfect. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. Within walking two minutes you are in the city centre with all the shops and restaurants. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel.

There is nothing negative to say about the property.

Fantastic location! Just around the corner from the Belfry, lovely bars and restaurants around. Gorgeous quiet street, just where we would want to stay in Bruges.

Was apprehensive about the chocolate theme but it was done so that the room was still very lovely. Didn’t see a member of staff while there but we didn’t need anything so this wasn’t a problem.

The room was great, and the location was fantastic. Check in and out was really easy.

Unfortunately our neighbours in the next room were very noisy late at night. Loud shouting, singing and music. This Unfortunately woke me up each night.

the location was excellent, the bathroom was great and comfortable

we found hair everywhere and that was disappointing, also the hotel for about an hour didnt have electricity and we couldnt communicate with a representative of the hotel because it didnt have reception, the hotel is self-checkin

Location is perfect right beside the square close to everything

If you are limited in ability there is no lift to alot of steep stairs also room has no Aircon or fan so rooms get very hot

Everything was really nice. The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. We didn't meet any staff person, we had a self check-in and checkout, we just had them via what'sApp for some help.

The room light was less.
