First and foremost, Anna and her husband were so so welcoming, helpful and friendly. It was my boyfriend’s birthday. On informing the hotel of this, they went above and beyond to provide a birthday surprise in our room for him. We were so so impressed by the level of service and personal touches provided. Furthermore, the hotel had character, it was cosy and the decor was fabulous. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Our room was cosy and comfortable. The hotel was in an ideal location close to everything including the market. It was good value for money and the room was quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The only recommendation would be to fix the sliding door in the bathroom as we couldn’t close it. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect!

We loved the decoration and ambient of the hotel, how beatiful was de view of the belfort tower from out room,the softness of the bed, the staff was very kind, for the last day we pay for the breakfast and was very complete with multiple choices for every people. The location was exceptional, very few steps from the main point of interest of the town, and very easy to find once you get use to the layout of the streets.

The location was phenomenal. The room had a direct view of the Belfort, right next to many restaurants, yet it was extremely quiet and we could sleep with open windows without any issue. The hotel was in a beautiful historic Bruges building and was decorated accordingly.

The toilet was a little tight for us to sit down next to the bath. Other than this there is really nothing to say. It was clean, nice, the owners were polite and helpful. We felt comfortable staying there as a family of 4.

The hotel is in the heart of the old city, 3mins walk to everywhere! The building is vintage and wood interior. You can hear the wood creaking but thats fine. We were in room 5 and we had a view of the belfort that was magical ! It was my husband's birthday, i contacted them via msgs, and they made some birthday decorations for us, it was really cute.

Very good location, the rooms are nice, everything is clean and cozy. The staff was really helpful and nice.

Rooms might be a bit small. However, for us personally without big luggage that was not an issue, so we liked the stay. Also, it is important to check the check-in times — the reception is not always open.

Good central location a short walk to a good range of bars, restaurants and many of the famous sights of Bruges. The breakfast was excellent and very good value. The hotel is in a very old building so allowances have to be made for the facilities, having said that our room and the breakfast room was comfortable and clean. Stairs were ok for us but no lift available so less able guests may struggle.

This hotel is underrated. I had a great stay here! The room is exactly what you see in the pictures. It's clean, comfortable, and the location can't be beat. You're a 5 minute walk from the Market Place and surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and only about 10 minutes away from the bus headed into the train station (or you can walk there in about 20 minutes). As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable walking around at all hours and had no concerns. Totally worth it and a great price.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bruges. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday during my staying there, and that day I found a short note wishing me happy birthday and a chocolate. I didn't have the chance to thank them but it was very nice. Thank you!

It's a great location, very central. The owners were really welcoming and friendly and it was nice to stay somewhere that felt like a family business rather than an impersonal hotel chain.

The wifi was a bit frustrating - the system kicks you off periodically so you have to keep logging on.

Great location. Nice cute old house converted to a hotel. Very pleasant stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Immersion experience in the center of Bruges.

The hotel does not have the facilities of a big modern hotel (double windows, elevator,) but it is totally worth it staying in that building!
