First and foremost, Anna and her husband were so so welcoming, helpful and friendly. It was my boyfriend’s birthday. On informing the hotel of this, they went above and beyond to provide a birthday surprise in our room for him. We were so so impressed by the level of service and personal touches provided. Furthermore, the hotel had character, it was cosy and the decor was fabulous. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Our room was cosy and comfortable. The hotel was in an ideal location close to everything including the market. It was good value for money and the room was quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The only recommendation would be to fix the sliding door in the bathroom as we couldn’t close it. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect!

The location was phenomenal. The room had a direct view of the Belfort, right next to many restaurants, yet it was extremely quiet and we could sleep with open windows without any issue. The hotel was in a beautiful historic Bruges building and was decorated accordingly.

The toilet was a little tight for us to sit down next to the bath. Other than this there is really nothing to say. It was clean, nice, the owners were polite and helpful. We felt comfortable staying there as a family of 4.

The hotel is in the heart of the old city, 3mins walk to everywhere! The building is vintage and wood interior. You can hear the wood creaking but thats fine. We were in room 5 and we had a view of the belfort that was magical ! It was my husband's birthday, i contacted them via msgs, and they made some birthday decorations for us, it was really cute.

This hotel is underrated. I had a great stay here! The room is exactly what you see in the pictures. It's clean, comfortable, and the location can't be beat. You're a 5 minute walk from the Market Place and surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and only about 10 minutes away from the bus headed into the train station (or you can walk there in about 20 minutes). As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable walking around at all hours and had no concerns. Totally worth it and a great price.

Good central location a short walk to a good range of bars, restaurants and many of the famous sights of Bruges. The breakfast was excellent and very good value. The hotel is in a very old building so allowances have to be made for the facilities, having said that our room and the breakfast room was comfortable and clean. Stairs were ok for us but no lift available so less able guests may struggle.

We absolutely loved the quirky, homey, comfy property! The Staff/managers/(owners?) were so welcoming, lovely people. Also super helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. (And if it didn’t, there’s a sign on the back of the door telling us that all we had to do was call the front desk and they’d provide us with what we needed!) Shower had great pressure!

This is not a chain so I cannot imagine how hard it is to keep up with constant fixes!…but blackout curtains may need to be installed, and the bathroom doors may need updating.

Great location. Nice cute old house converted to a hotel. Very pleasant stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Immersion experience in the center of Bruges.

The hotel does not have the facilities of a big modern hotel (double windows, elevator,) but it is totally worth it staying in that building!

The atmosphere of the hotel Is amazing. This Is not your standart Hotel that you've seen a variaty of hundreds of times before. This one Is trully unique. The pair of owners that runs the place Is very kind and helfpul. It's located in the city center So you can get everywhere quickly. Breakfast has all the Essentials And Is pretty cheap for the Area. This one Is trully magical place And if you can overlook some quirks you will fall in love with it for sure.

This was not an issue for us but it Is good to know. It Is very charming but it's good to know that staircases And hallways Are pretty narrow And since there Is no elevator, it can be difficult for people with reduced mobility to reach their room. It Is located in the center So some noise could be heard from the street during the night. If you are a light sleeper, it's good to have ear plugs on you.

The hotel is in a great location. It was good value compared to other options when I visited towards the end of March. The bed was very comfortable, and there was ample hot water in the morning for a shower. The breakfast cost extra, but was worth it. It was a really excellent spread. It's a 2 star hotel so don't be expecting luxurious rooms, but it was great for a short stay.

I liked it all. It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It's not for those who want luxury (it's a 2 star hotel), but I found it perfect for a one night stay.

Friendly staff, allowed us leave bags there before check-in and after check-out. Hotel is in a beautiful building in the heart of the city. It is extremely warm inside in the summer, no AC but there was a fan provided in the room, and at night had windows open and not too noisy. Good selection for breakfast. Location is excellent, few minutes walk to main square

Bathroom is very small, and sink is in the bedroom, not the bathroom. Wasn't an issue for us, but might not be to everyone's liking.
