It's clean, very well located, nice and cozy, with a nice inner yard, very homelike atmosphere. The lady at the front desk was really nice.
Check in time was supposed to be from 14:00 (2 p.m.) , we arrived in the morning, wondered around the town came at 13:30, the room wasn't ready, that's totally fine we are 30 min early (although the day before we were asked our arrival time and I said the earlier the better as we arrived in the morning). So we went to have another beer and hung out for another hour, so 14:30 the room is still not ready. Okay, weird but ok, we went out again, cambe back at 15:30 STILL the room wasn't ready, we were offered to stay at their beautiful yard but come on we just wanted to lie down and rest after a long way. There was no prioritizing cleaning for the guests that very clearly stated their preference to check-in as early as possible. Result we checked in 2 hours past our check in time at 4 pm.

Very quiet, comfortable room, although within 5 minutes walk to the heart of Brugges. Neigboring restaurants offer excellent value for money dinner options, high quality. Brugge is extremely crowded with tourists, Hotel Bla Bla offer you peace and quiet after a busy day in Brugge. Breakfast was perfect for our requirement. Good value for money. Reception was excellent. We booked in late and had trouble with our e-mail. The lady contacted us via Booking.com to confirm that we are settled in, very reassuring. If I have the opportunitye to return to Brugge Hotel Bla Bla will be my first choice.

Great location and within walking distance of all of the sights and transport facilities. The room was lovely and there was a nice communal garden courtyard for guests to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. The room was really nice with a large bathroom. The bed was extremely big and there was a blanket and a fan in case the room temperature was too hot or cold.
Unfortunately the shower drain was blocked and water collected on the batroom flood causing a small flood. There was also a unpleasant smell from the blocked drain. The tower rail fell off the wall and hit my partner on he head. Our room was located in the "house" part of the hotel, not the main part and the stairs to our room were narrow. There was also noise from other residents in the house and the doors to our room rattled when other guests opened and closed their doors.

Location was excellent, and luckily, the room was completely quiet (which the concert a block away proved 😊). The woman who greeted us gave us a whole overview of the city and the events happening while we were there. She even had a list of suggested places to check out posted on the wall to help visitors see the city. The room and bathroom were massive and had ample surfaces and hooks to unpack a little. Comfy bed and solid shower. Walkable from the train station (though expect a bumpy, cobblestone walk with a carry-on). Thank you for a fantastic stay in Bruges!
Everything seemed perfectly clean, but each morning, I woke up congested from allergies to something (dust, pet dander? 🤷🏻♀️). Of the six places I stayed on this trip, this was the only one I reacted to like that. Worth noting though that my friend was perfectly fine, and I'd still stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location right in the middle of town and on a quiet smaller street. Best bed we've ever had, super firm and comfortable. Very good breakfast and exceptional staff, especially Lore and Anthony who went out of their way to help us with various travel and dining issues and spoke perfect English. Also Els was very kind at check out. Highly recommend this top quality, clean, well-run hotel
Should have a shelf near the sink for toiletries and glass cups rather than paper cups.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was fantastic. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and even had a pretty outdoor patio, which we loved. There was no street noise, even though we were very close to the center of town. The price felt very reasonable given the comfort and location.
Small things: there were no cups of any kind in the bathroom or room. The shower tiles were slippery, but there was no skid mat - safety could be improved by adding a mat. These are very minor things that in no way negatively impact my overall very high opinion of the hotel.

It’s quirky inside and unique design. It’s very clean and quaint. The location is perfect for walking to and from he train station about 15-20 minutes and to main square about 10 minutes.
There are stairs everywhere, even inside the rooms which makes carrying suitcases difficult. The rooms have beams everywhere so you must be careful. The bathroom has no hooks to hang your clothes when showering and no shelves to put your bathroom stuff on.

Beautiful hotel!! Small and cozy. The rooms are cleaned and comfortable beds. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet they offered but it seems to be delicious! Our receptionist gave us a very warm welcome with places to visit, eat and plenty of activities to do in Bruges. She was nice!
The heater adjusted by itself. Sometimes we felt cold at night. Pillows need to renew.

Really nice hotel in a great location to experience Bruges. They were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was in the attic, so it was quite small and the walls were basically the slanted roof. Not too bad, but would be annoying for really tall people. Also, a lot of stairs. If you have a problem with stairs, this place will be problematic.

Location's great, both central and quiet (we were in a room in the garden), only the birds were loud in the morning. :) Staff is very friendly and helpful (e.g. offered us umbrellas, when it started to rain). The hotel is nicely decorated, and they have a beautiful garden. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy.
There were some (re)construction works ongoing in the hotel (nothing too loud though), which I assume is temporary. And there could've been some vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber) in the breakfast, which was otherwise ok.
