Perfect location. Only 15 mins walk from Bruges train station. 3 mins walk to a supermarket express (Carrefour). About 7 mins away from a bigger supermarket (Proxy). Niageela (Receptionist) was the perfect host. So friendly. So helpful. Always smiling. She very kindly allowed me to leave my bags in my room on the day of departure for a few hours. Basic bedroom. Comfy bed. Small fridge in the room. Great shower. €15 for breakfast, did not avail of this.

My room wasn't cleaned. No air con. A very noisey air cooler provided. Thankfully I didn't need to use it. Squeaky swing bathroom door, could do with some oil.

The location was great, on Brügge's main shopping street, 10 minute walking from the main square and very easy to walk to from the city's main train station too (about 15 minutes walk). The room was basic but clean and had great view from the windows. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious enough with a big shower cabin. Breakfast was basic but well presented and enough to start the day. Great coffee! The lady at the reception on our second day there was very kind and helpful and even found and lent us an umbrella when we asked for one (they didn't have any at the hotel).

The door of the bathroom was a saloon type of door and all the light was coming in the room when someone was using it during night time. Also, that same door was making squicky noises. No water in the room.

This cozy hotel is close enough to the train station and Bruges attractions that it was both easy to find and easy to walk to the center of action. Granted, the breakfasts were only adequate, but everything else was what could be expected. I especially enjoyed the clean and simple room and the minimalist decor, just right for my taste. Toilet fixtures were pleasant to the eye and fun to use. The closeness to the beauty of Bruges made this location a winner. Ben's Bikes was a short walk away, thus giving me good transportation all around.

Breakfast could have sparkled a bit more. The eggs left me cold.

There is so much to like, we had a king size room i think, very spacious in the room a very nice rainfall shower, lots of cabinet room, airco unit in the room and a mini fridge you could hook up and put your stuff into. We stayed on the first floor, which wasn't that noisy and we had a very nice view of the square next to the hotel. The location of this hotel is absolutely stellar, tons of restaurants nearby, 5 minutes from the main square, a parking garage right under the hotel more or less for not to much money (15 euro a day). Highly recommend the hotel.

We were next to the washing room for the hotel, its not isolated that well, so you would hear the washing machine/dryer making some noise. but overall it was pretty minimal levels of sounds. But it might be something you get frustrated about its better to know ahead of time.

Comfortable and spacious room. Excellent shower. There's a lift to get upstairs, which is great (not a given when travelling in Europe). The location was the best. If you're lucky enough to be in Brugge on a Saturday, the front of the hotel turns into a market - a pleasant surprise and treat!

The pillows were super soft (minor). There was no air conditioning in the room, but they did supply a fan. It was quite warm so I had to keep a window open. My room was directly above a couple of pubs, which got loud, but the fan was great for drowning out that noise. However, I did get a number of mosquito bites during the night.

Great location. Bruges is not a big city, but hotel is close to major sightseeing points and about 10 minutes walking from train station. Room was clean and recently renovated. Unlike some of the other reviews, our room had a door to the bathroom. Staff was excellent and courteous as well.

No comments, stay met and exceeded our expectations. However, some rooms are immediately above bars and terraces... I could see how in the heat of summer it may get noisy if you have the windows open. Note that this was not our case, our stay was 👍

1. Great location, up to 20 minutes walk to the train station. Located in the center, near many shops and cozy restaurants. The view from the window on the city. 2. The room is the same as in the photo. The room has all the listed amenities. 3. The breakfast is not very diverse, but it is tasty and corresponds to its price. Delicious and fresh croissants and bread

1. The leg of the bed is slightly broken, which made the bed tilt when you sit on it. We put it in place ourselves. 2. In the bathroom, the drain in the sink was not working properly. The water went away for a long time. In the rest, normal wear and tear on some items due to humidity (probably) 3. it would be good to add an electric kettle to the room)

The location is great, in the old town. We had a standard double, and the room was very modern, quite spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We had a Juliet balcony with a view of the square, which was great for watching the world go by.

Not the hotel's fault, but the square outside was noisy at night, so couldn't leave the balcony doors open, which made the room quite hot. There was an efficient fan provided, however. Secondly, the bathroom, though secluded, had no door, even though there was plenty of room for one.

Very good, central location, clean, good size rooms, nice bathroom with new furniture, too bad it didn't have a door!

In the first room we got, a window was completely broken. The second room was perfect, except the bathroom door which didn't exist 😃 So, the shower was a few meters in front of the window. I realized that you may be seen from the street too late 😬. At breakfast they served a very tasteful salad with Camembert, too bad it had some rotten vegetables in it (not all, just a few). Some details missing here, otherwise a nice place.

Location, staff, cleanliness Excellent modern feel to the rooms that have been recently modernised. Breakfast good selection and nice offering of fresh fruits. They try very hard to accommodate, would go back and stay again.

No bathroom door so bedroom gets hot/ Steamy with shower running, and limited privacy with no door. & no extractor fan or bathroom towel rails. Noise from street shops opposite. Very disappointed no kettle in room to make own drinks, No Air Conditioning, room heats up quickly.
